Teemo's main issue over the years is that his Ultimate, Noxious Trap, has been incredibly hard/flat out annoying to deal with. You can counter it at the surprising cost of 0 gold with Sweeper's Lens, but that removes your ability to passively ward without a Sightstone or purchasing Pinks, which the latter should be being done anyway by the way. Anyways, it is just frustrating to deal with. On top of that, Teemo's lore is really weak compared to other champions lore despite his role in yordle society, being almost like a less crazy Jhin for Bandle City with his assassination missions. Recently, yordle lore has been changed to where yordles typically embody certain human ideals/societies. However, I think we can all agree that there is a Pure Yordle society out there and, with how yordles are seen as spirits, I believe Riot is pushing Pure Yordles more towards being with nature and such seeing as humans often embody technology and such. Yordles may use junk and steel to create their machines, but I believe that the more Pure Yordles are more nature based and use their spirit-nature to protect their home. Teemo, essentially, is the defender of his home. He takes out anyone who is going to be a problem to Bandle City and makes sure no one discovers it. He is like a guardian so to speak. One that is all about his tricks and deadly methods to torture his enemies away from his home. He is more about quickly appearing and killing off his weak prey or relying on tricks and traps to kill enemies without him even having to deal with them himself. Basically, what we are going to be doing here is changing Teemo from a "On-Hit Yordle Commando" into a "Trap Based Trickster Guardian". Make him really good at defending conquered land and finishing off fleeing foes, but make him really bad if he has to flat out fight enemies face to face without his team. Now, don't get this wrong, Teemo will still have his little Commando personality and "on, off for killing" switch in his mind, but his role is no longer as a commando for the Bandle City army, but the very legendary defender of the city itself. He is a Commando in a Yordle way in that he knows that size DOES matter in a fight, it just doesn't mean EVERYTHING because it can be to your own advantage.

KIT Disruptor (hybrid Marksman) Health- 475 (+75 per level) Health Regen.- 5.5 (+0.4 per level) Mana- 250 (+45 per level) Mana Regen.- 7.5 (+0.75 per level) Armor- 25 (+2.5 per level) Magic Resist- 30 (+0 per level) Movement Speed- 355 Attack Damage- 44 (+3 per level) Attack Speed- 0.695 (+3.75% per level) Attack Range- 550 (Ranged)

Passive- Bandle Portals Innate: After standing still and not taking damage for 2.25 seconds within a bush, Teemo will become invisible until he issues an offensive action or leaves the bush. After being invisible within the bush for at least 2.75 seconds, the secret Bandle Portals of the world will reveal themselves to Teemo, revealing a Bandle Portal in every bush on the map that Teemo's team currently has vision of. By clicking on a Bandle Portal, Teemo will channel for 3/2.5/2/1.5 seconds before entering the portal. He can then select another Bandle Portal within another bush on the map to teleport to that Bandle Portal after a 1.75/1.5/1.25/1 second delay. Levels: 1/6/11/16

Ability 1- Toxic Shot Toggle Off: Teemo's basic attacks will apply a Numbing Venom, slowing his target's movement and attack speed by 10% (+3% per 100 AP) for 1.5 seconds. Toggle On: Teemo's basic attacks will apply a Deadly Venom, causing his target to take 10/20/30/40/50 (+15% AP) bonus magic damage and then an extra 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75% (+0.5% per 100 AP) of their current health as magic damage every second for 4 seconds. If the enemy is below 20% health, this will instead deal damage based on missing health. This comes at a mana cost. Cost: 15 mana per basic attack Toggle Cool Down: 7 seconds

Ability 2- Swift Roll Passive: Teemo gains an extra 11/16/21/26/31% (+4% per 100 AP) bonus movement speed after being out of combat for 7.5 seconds and for 1.25 seconds after performing a Swift Roll. Active: Teemo rolls in the target direction. If he comes in contact with a mushroom during the roll, he will bounce 3/3.5/4/4.5/5 Teemos (300/350/400/450/500 units) in the direction of the roll. The roll cannot go over walls, but Teemo can bounce over walls. Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 mana Cool Down: 18/15.5/13/10.5/8 seconds Range: 450

Ability 3- Hallucination Trap Passive: Teemo can hold up to 3 charges of Hallucination Trap at one time and gains a charge every 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 seconds. Active: Teemo tosses a Pure Purple Mushroom to the target location that arms after a 1.75 second delay and lasts for 120/135/150/165/180 seconds. The trap can be destroyed with 3 ranged basic attacks, 2 melee basic attacks, or 1 structure basic attack. Upon being stepped on by an enemy champion, nearby enemies will be poisoned for 6/6.5/7/7.5/8 seconds or until they take damage from Teemo. While poisoned, the vision that they personally provide for their team will be unable to detect and see Teemo's traps and Teemo himself. True Vision provided by them will allow them to see, but still be unable to directly target Teemo and his traps during this time. Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana Cool Down: 0.25 seconds Range: 400/525/650/775/900 Trigger Radius: 60 AoE Radius: 250

Ultimate- Noxious Trap Passive: Teemo can hold up to 3 charges of Noxious Trap at one time and gains a charge every 30/25/20 seconds. Active: Teemo tosses a Green and Purple-Dotted Mushroom to the target location that arms after a 1.5 second delay, becomes untargetable after a 4 second delay, and lasts for 5 minutes. The trap can be destroyed with 2 ranged basic attacks, 1 melee basic attack, or 1 structure basic attack. Upon being stepped on, the trap will explode, dealing 4/6/8% (+1% per 100 AP) of nearby enemies' current health as magic damage per second for 4 seconds, dealing a minimum of 30/45/60 (+5/7.5/10% AP) magic damage per second before reductions. While poisoned, each target will be slowed by 30/40/50%, revealed, and be applied Grievous Wounds. Teemo gets the job done, but knows not to mess with nature too much. Noxious Traps will weaken the life around them, causing Teemo to be unable to place a Noxious Trap within 525 units of another Noxious Trap. Noxious Traps provide vision of the full bush they are in or within 225 units of itself if it is not placed within a bush. Cost: 75 mana Cool Down: 0.25 seconds Range: 400/650/900 Trigger Radius: 60 AoE Radius: 200

LORE Short Version Teemo is an unwavering guardian of the yordles present within the world. By allowing himself to become connected with nature itself, he has discovered secret paths that only yordles can use all across Runeterra. Naming them Bandle Portals, he has taught other yordles how to use them, but warns them that this is nature's gift to yordle kind and to thank nature for it's gift to them. After discovering these portals, Teemo became a true legend among yordles. Protecting all of them with his life, he doesn't give any mercy to those who would hurt his kin. After many years of killing and protecting those he has loved, however, Teemo's mental state has begun to show signs of cracks and many yordles have begun to question whether they should love or fear him. Those especially close to him worry for him and wonder if the old, joyful Teemo will slip away from them and be replaced by this rising demon beginning to show itself within the legendary guardian of yordle kind.

Long Version Yordles are a race shrouded in mystery. While some have been very open to humans and been the center of attention for any nation they decide to manifest within, others are much more hidden within the shadows of the world. Teemo is one of these hidden away yordles, but his existence is far from being considered a myth. While a secret himself, his effects on the world have shaped Runeterra into what it is today. A legendary guardian of the yordle race, Teemo has appeared multiple times within history to assassinate those who would cause harm to yordle kind or the world itself. However, his appearances are not quite him popping up and putting a spotlight on himself. No, his appearances are much more of people knowing he was there, but never seeing him. After defending his kind the old fashion way for many years, Teemo's wandering nature eventually allowed himself to connect deeply with nature itself. The spirits of the world saw his quest as a noble one and decided to aid him. They showed him the secret ways of the mushrooms that grew within the forests of the world and, to Teemo's own surprise, showed him the secret pathways throughout the world. After allowing himself to become one with nature, nature itself showed Teemo the secret portals hidden throughout the world which Teemo began to call Bandle Portals. Now with nature itself on his side, Teemo's "sightings" throughout the world could only be recognized by the most adept of magic users and trackers. Yordles around the world began to saw Teemo as their guardian. However, decades upon decades past, and yordles began to notice something change within Teemo. His warm personality slowly began to be replaced with a cold, dark need to kill. Those who were once potential targets for him if they showed any more aggression towards yordles were now killed off before they had the chance to. Many around the world began to die from poisonous mushrooms and mysterious darts found on their necks. In truth, while nature was kind, it was also a dark and unforgiving place. Teemo had witnessed multiple deaths at his own hands and experienced natural selection millions of times. He traveled alone without anyone to discuss his nightmares with and, eventually, began to become one himself. He who was once seen as a guardian began to be seen as a nightmare. Only those close to Teemo still saw the light within him and hoped that, one day, he hand off his quest to someone else so that he could have some relief from the burden he carried. However, Teemo didn't want to stop. He couldn't stop. The unrelenting killer of a yordle cast his shadow over the world and many humans began to see him as a demon. His own kind judged him for his actions and did not want to be around him. Only a few yordles still believed in Teemo, but was it too late for him anyways? Has Teemo finally gone over the edge?

Hands Teemo looked down at his hands. What did he see? He did not know. In his mind, he saw the hands of a defender. A guardian who protected his friends and saw their enemies as his enemies. In his nightmares, he saw the hands of a murderer. A killer who killed with little reason or any remorse. Those around him thought he was crazy and a lunatic. They thought he was a demon who wanted all other races to be annihilated to extinction. Was that him? Was that Teemo? He did not know. The ground shook as his trap went off in the distance, claiming it's victim's life. Another one would fall and give their nutrients back to nature. Was what he was doing right? With a grin, it was clear what his answer was even if deep within the answer was different. The screaming would soon fade away and he would find himself at some other corner of the world. Humans especially were always a threat to his kind. Noxus, Demacia, Ionia, even the Freljord would all pay for what they had done to his kind. His anger would soon pass before he would begin to laugh when the screaming did stop. He always tried to let out a laugh to make sure those that were close to his victims knew not venture down the victim's path. "What you are doing is wrong!" said a voice within his mind. "What you are doing is justice!" said another voice. "When will the killings stop?" "When will the evil be cleansed?" "When will you see that what you are doing is cold-blooded murder?" "When will you see that doubt is only a distraction to the mission?" "What would Tristana think?" "What would nature think?" "Who would forgive you?" "Who can forgive if there is nothing that they could possibly forgive you for?" "Open your eyes Teemo!" "Keep them closed!" Tears begin to form in Teemo's eyes as he laughed before he shook his head and stopped laughing. The tears were flung from his face and he was left with a stern face. He stepped into the portal. "The road I travel is dark, and I know what others think of me. I'm a monster to all, but it is a necessary evil", he said as he traveled through nature to his next victim.

This is my attempt at a Teemo rework. Teemo's personal in-combat DPS has been severely reduced, but his traps have been buffed a ton to compensate. Now, Teemo is much more about providing vision control, area control with Noxious Trap, and tricking enemies with Hallucination Traps. He is still extremely quick and can finish off stragglers, but his kit is much less annoying to deal with since his traps since they are by default visible. Enemies will still have to watch their step, however, and travel the map with much more care against Teemo. His new Hallucination Traps allow him to also be very tricky with his enemies since he becomes incredibly hard to detect once they have stepped on one of them. His basic attacks, while still hurting, are more focused on the poison portion, providing less instant damage and more poison damage to make Teemo want to build AP instead of on-hit attack speed to strengthen his build, making his build path much more clear. On-hit Teemo is still possible, it is just the secondary build path instead of the previously primary build path. What do you guys think of the Lore and Kit? Feedback is appreciated.

So give him a global teleport in his passive. Seems fair.

(That was sarcasm incase you didn't realize)

Him just being there is enough to tilt the scales in his teams favor, no matter if he doesn't have CC. A global teleport on a PASSIVE is too op and would easily be broken unless it had a super long cooldown i.e. 7 minutes
