Is DJ Sona shipping with 5.4?

So since Meddler commented that Patch 5.4 is already locked, can we please get an update on whether DJ Sona is coming in 5.4 or not? I am aware that she still has quite a few issues not addressed yet (music too soft, Power Chord not changing with stance).

Hard to say with how many weird bugs the skin has still. We can not really say for sure yet but im going to assume either late 5.4 or early 5.5 is when we will see it.
