(Champion Concept) Jah'Zun, the Void Beetle
http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/9/98/Icathia_Crest.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20140705084628 Jah'Zun is a Support/Support Jungle that focuses more on forcing enemies to stay out of their enemy's vision rather than directly supporting his allies. He also provides incredible amounts of disorienting abilities for the enemy team to deal with and can give his team much needed information by communicating the knowledge of nearby enemy's positions provided through Mind Sapper and Hive Mind to his team.
LORE The Void is a place of unimaginable horrors. There is no air, no water, nothing that could possibly sustain life. The beasts there hunger for food, but their stomachs are never filled. The Void is a place of endless torture for it's inhabitants. The only thing they enjoy there is the darkness that they have so well adapted to. Only one race among the creatures of the Void have been able to survive without needing to invade other worlds: the Void Beetle. Void Beetles are a race of highly intellectual, beetle-like monsters that prefer psychological attack over physical slaughter. With their endless hunger, they torment other creatures of the Void. Their race finds itself to have no need to invade other worlds since other races thrive so well off of invading. They feel they do not need to risk their race to the dangers of other worlds when the very races of the Void can sustain them. Void Beetles to not feed on flesh, but on thoughts and the very minds of other beings. Many of the Void creatures could easily defeat a Void Beetle if it was a normal fight. However, Void Beetles act almost like a sapper to the minds of beings around them other than other Void Beetles, causing anything that approaches them to hallucinate, be unable to think straight, and have their very body become in immense pain due to the Void Beetle fooling the creatures' brains into sending pain throughout the victims' bodies. While being eaten is a truly terrible fight, no fate is worse than slowly dying from mental implosion. When the Void invaded Runeterra, a newly born Void Beetle hatched near the portals that would allow the Void to flow into the new world. Naive to the ways of it's kind, the baby Void Beetle sensed delicious minds simply begging to be eaten through the portals that lead to Runeterra. Jah'Zun, as Void Beetles would come to call it, was the first Void Beetle to invade another world. It stepped down into the ancient city of Icathia and began it's journey towards the nearest source of minds: Shurima. The newly arisen capital city was buzzing with individuals and Jah'Zun, hungry for food, quickly matured over it's journey to the now populated Shuriman capital. It quickly developed an adept strategy to sap the minds of the victims within the capital. With it's strategy built, it entered the borrows of the Xer'sai, knowing that Void creatures in particular would be vulnerable to it's mind sapping nature. No threat would be posed to the Void Beetle due to this innate weakness within the Xer'sai. Coming across none of the Xer'sai race due to them naturally fleeing upon their minds beginning to be eaten by the Void Beetle as it approached them, Jah'Zun eventually came across a part of the borrows that seemed to be being protected by an almost god-like ray of sunlight. The sunlight seemed to travel through the earth as if to prevent any Void creature from passing through it. Unfortunately for Azir, who set up this barrier, a Void Beetle was not so easily outwitted. The creature barely had enough energy to perform this technique, but it was necessary. The Void Beetle molded together the purest form of Void energy from within itself before shrouding itself in it, becoming almost completely erased from existence. The Void Beetle passed through the barrier, almost completely unharmed. The minds of the capital city were delicious indeed. He could feel the fear of the citizens as their minds became attacked, sending several waves of pain through their body. The Void Beetle began to sap at their minds, causing many to go insane and even die. The many residents of Shurima fled the capital, fearing a sickness had arisen. The ascended within the city knew otherwise. They had a bug, but could not find it. Jah'Zun could sense their minds and they were the most delicious. Their minds were far too large to destroy, but they tasted far too magnificent to leave. Jah'Zun was still smart with his movements however, despite being simply intoxicated with the minds of the ascended beings. He dug knew burrows that surrounded the city of Shurima. An incredibly large network of tunnels connected through passageways and portals through the Void. Indeed, the Void Beetle had successfully created a network so incredibly deep, complex, and dangerous to tamper with that it only took one mistake from Azir to realize that the Void Beetle would have to carefully removed from the capital. No catastrophic power could be used to uproot the tunnels, for then the portals into the Void would be right at the surface of the world and the Void could flood into the capital. However, the Void Beetle was not the only issue at hand. Xerath still continued to conquer the desert in places outside of the capital and that demanded the attention of the ascended. While the ascended were preoccupied, Jah'Zun began his journey back into the Void in order to convince his kind to come. After many arguments with the eldest beings of his race, it only took one sample of the ascended beings mind from within Jah'Zun's mind to convince all of his race to swarm underneath the capital of Shurima. It took the ascended no time to realize that an army of creatures were beneath their feet. Jah'Zun had successfully conquered the grounds underneath the capital of Shurima and it was near impossible to simply uproot the tunnels due to the Void portals within them acting as such incredibly dangerous objects to let come to the surface. Unknown to the ascended, the Void Beetles did not want the other creatures of the Void to enter through their portals, for then they would kill all of Shurima and wipe it out. No, the Void Beetles were too smart to do that. They wouldn't let their prize so easily escape them. They had to farm the people of Shurima's minds into themselves, slowly and efficiently. Even with the army of Void Beetles beneath him, Azir's mind was simply too powerful to be completely destroyed by the Void Beetles. His mind would be eaten at, but then immediately regenerate. It appeared that even the capital Azir had made so hard to infiltrate had been infiltrated, and it to had become a battleground. The Void Beetles ate away at Azir's mind, the endless feast of his thoughts bringing them endless joy. Jah'Zun lead his people to a future that they could feast upon for generations to come. Now, not only was Shurima being invaded by the Void physically, but also mentally.

They will also have a debuff placed on them called Mind Sapper which is visible to them whenever Jah'Zun is close enough to be gaining bonus mana regeneration from them. Jah'Zun is also shown exactly how many units he is gaining bonus mana regeneration from by a number on his Mind Sapper buff icon. Enemy units with this debuff on them can be affected by all of Jah'Zun's abilities. Levels: 1/4/7/10/13/16
Ability 1- Feast Upon Thoughts Passive: Jah'Zun's basic attacks against enemy minions and neutral monsters will stun them for 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1 second(s) and cause Jah'Zun to regenerate 17/19/21/23/25 (+3/3.5/4/4.5/5% AP) health. Large monsters heal for twice as much. Active: Jah'Zun causes the target enemy champion to begin to take 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5% (+0.3% per 100 AP) of their max health as magic damage every second for the next 7 seconds or until Jah'Zun loses vision of them. Every second this ability is affecting an enemy champion, Jah'Zun will regenerate 0.4/0.55/0.7/0.85/1% (+0.2% per 100 AP) of his missing mana. This can only be cast on enemy champions affected by Mind Sapper. This cannot affect the same enemy champion for 60/55/50/45/40 seconds (affected by cool down reduction) after the effect is removed from them. Cost: 100 mana Cool Down: 3 seconds Range: Global
Ability 2- Hallucination Active: After channeling for 3.5 seconds, the target enemy champion begins to hallucinate for the next 5 seconds. During the channel time, the enemy champion being targeted can hear quite whispers and is warned by a purple orb over their head. After channeling, their nightmare begins. During this time, the enemy champion will hear Jah'Zun's voice whispering into their mind and cause random, not real Void Spirits to spawn and float towards the affected enemy champion. They also lose all shared vision from other allied units and sources of vision. Void spirits will spawn from the nearest walls, each trying to spawn from as distant of a location from the other Void Spirits as possible while still spawning. A total of 10/20/30/40/50 Void Spirits will spawn over the duration, being divided up over 5 waves that come every second, the first wave spawning immediately once the hallucination begins and the last wave spawning one second before the hallucination ends. Void spirits are fairly large and will try to block the affected champion's movement by standing in their way. Void Spirits can be killed by attacking them once with a basic attack and will reward 1 gold. A max of 4/8/12/16/20 Void Spirits can give the enemy champion gold per cast of this ability. Enemy champions not affected by Hallucination cannot see the Void Spirits, but can see where their affected ally is seeing them by a bunch of thin purple circles on the ground, each indicating where a Void Spirit is. Every Void Spirit still alive dies once the hallucination ends. This ability goes on cool down once the target's hallucinations end. This can only be cast on enemy champions affected by Mind Sapper. Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 mana Cool Down: 35/30/25/20/15 seconds Range: Global
Ability 3- Void Portal Passive: Jah'Zun can hold up to two charges of this ability at once. He immediately gains two charges upon first unlocking the ability. Active: Jah'Zun creates a Void Portal at the target location after channeling for 2 seconds. Damage interrupts the channel. Jah'Zun can then enter the Void Portal after channeling for 1.5 seconds (with damage interrupting the channel) to become untargetable for up to 5 seconds. While untargetable, Jah'Zun can target another Void Portal he has created within Mind Sapper range to exit the Void from the targeted portal after a 1.5 second delay, extending the duration of his access inside the portal if this delay goes over the normal duration. Void Portals can be destroyed by channeling on them for 1 second, rewarding the enemy who destroyed them with 25 gold. If the Void Portal Jah'Zun entered the Void in is destroyed while he is still within it, he will be kicked out where the destroyed portal used to be. If the Void Portal Jah'Zun is currently traveling to is destroyed during the travel delay, he will not travel to where the destroyed portal used to be. A max of 2/2/3/3/4 Void Portals can be created at one time. Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana Recharge Time: 60/55/50/45/40 seconds Cool Down: 2 seconds Range: 550
Ultimate- Hive Mind Active: Millions of Void Beetles litter the underground and Jah'Zun can connect with them by burrowing into the ground. After a 3 second delay, interrupted by damage, Jah'Zun will bury himself under the ground where he currently is, losing all of his normal vision range and losing all allied vision shared to him, but causing him to begin to regenerate 2/3/4% of his max health and mana every second. After being buried for 10 seconds, Jah'Zun will begin to lose mana instead of regenerating it. While buried, Jah'Zun is takes 75% reduced damage, but can be basic attacked once to force him to emerge from the ground. While buried, Jah'Zun will also see all nearby enemy champions, enemy minions, and neutral monsters within his Mind Sapper range. He can target them with his spells, but cannot see their health, current resource bar, or provide any other information about them other than their location. However, enemy champions are also alerted of his position by purple ripples on the minimap and fog of war displaying his current location. While buried, Mind Sapper's range is also increased by 30/40/50%. Cost: 75 mana plus 25% current mana every second after being buried for 10 seconds Cool Down: 20 seconds

Thanks for reading! I wanted to try and create a Void champion that was a little unique, both lore and kit wise. Instead of the normal savage nature of the Void, I wanted it to be more cunning and strategic. So, Jah'Zun, the Void Beetle came to my mind (and consumed it). I went through several kits, and I feel like this kit is the one that I find best for him. His mental attacks on enemies from extremely large ranges forces enemies to try and seek him out to get this bug out of their life. He is a very different kind of Support/Mage that focuses more on disorienting and forcing enemies away from locations he has vision within to win fights. A good Jah'Zun will almost never have to directly interact with his enemies to win a game, but his enemies will want to directly interact with him (and his Void Portals). This makes Jah'Zun play a little game of hide and seek with his opponents, forcing enemies to venture into enemy territory and exit their comfort zone. He is essentially like a Siege Cannon that works much more subtlety than through brute force. Feedback is appreciated and I hope you find this little fella' interesting.
