[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Goolium, Element 119
The Mothership in the middle of Bandle City has been inactive for many years, it first being discovered back when Bandle City was first ever settled. However, recently, a goo like substance has been oozing out of it that has, somehow, become alive. While at first inactive and just leeking out of the side, one day when The Mothership was moved by the villain Veigar by a small amount, it slowly began generating itself. Many months later, it became active and began slowly crawling around Bandle City. It should find itself lucky, or maybe not, for the first to find it was Cecil Heimerdinger, a famous inventor. After studying the goo, he identified it as a new element that was spawned by the strange materials found inside The Mothership. It was made of several other alive organisms to make up a new element. However, it was still alive, so he decided he couldn't experiment on it. Therefore, he kept it as a pet and began testing it through daily living. Now, up to current time, there is only one more test he would like to figure out what the results are and he is sure it will survive it. An open field battle test to see how destructive it can be. So it, results have come back extremely... positive.
Goolium is a unique Mage/Tank champion that is unique in that it can analyze the enemy champion and then create a copy of it and interact with it in different ways. It can analyze every single type of unit and then use it to it's advantage or it's team. Experimentation of how to use analyzed units is needed in order to make full use of this champion... could you even call it a champion? Anyways, by default it is extremely tanky, but has very little instant combat interact, not even being able to basic attack. To survive, you must ANALYZE!
KIT Goolium, Element 119 Mage Secondary: Tank Health- 525 (+101 per level) Health Regen.- 9 (+0.7 per level) Data- 100 Armor- 19 (+3.25 per level) Magic Resist- 32.1 (+1.25 per level) Movement Speed- 350 Attack Damage- 46 (+2 per level) Attack Speed- 0.000 Attack Range- 0 (Cannot Basic Attack)
Passive- Acidic Digestion/Data Analysis Innate- Acidic Digestion: Goolium ignores unit collision. When passing through enemy units, it will deal 100% (+5% per 100 AP) of it's attack damage per second to enemies inside of it as magic damage. Enemies hit are also applied Grievous Wounds after being inside of Goolium for 3 seconds. Goolium cannot basic attack. Innate- Data Analysis: Goolium uses Data instead of Mana. The Data Bar is only used to show the process of analyzing a specific unit. After not analyzing a unit for 12.5 seconds or when his analyzed unit dies when he has not reached 100 Data, all of Goolium's current data will disappear and he can analyze a new unit. Goolium must consume data to use data.
Ability 1- Analyze Passive: Goolium gains 2/4/6/8/10% cool down reduction. Active: Goolium begins to analyze the target enemy unit or tower, allied unit or tower, or neutral monster, gaining 12/14/16/18/20 (+1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% AP) data per second. Goolium is counted as channeling during this time and will stop analyzing if interrupted. While analyzing, Goolium has a 40/75/110/145/180 (+100% current data) shield that lasts for an extra 6/7/8/9/10 seconds if Goolium reaches maximum data. Goolium cannot analyze a different unit until his data resets or he uses 100 Data from that unit. He can analyze the same unit multiple times to reach 100 Data however. Once Goolium has reached 100 Data from the analyzed unit, that unit cannot be analyzed for 34/33/32/31/30 seconds, being reduced by cool down reduction. This can be used on epic monsters, but no data will be gained and epic monsters have the least priority for targeting. Cool Down: 8 sec. Range: 400/450/500/550/600 Tether Range: 500/550/600/650/700
Ability 2- Copy Data Active: Goolium creates a weakened version of the unit it analyzed at the target location after channeling for 5/4.5/4/3.5/3 seconds. The weakened version has 14/16/18/20/22% (+1% per 100 AP) of the analyzed unit's health and lasts for 7/8/9/10/11 seconds. Every time the weakened version damages a unit, Goolium's Analyze skill has it's cool down reduced by 1 second and, if he is currently analyzing, increases the rate at which he is analyzing by 50% (+3% per 100 AP) for 2 seconds. Neutral monsters and enemy minions are taunted by the weakened unit's basic attacks for 2.25 seconds. The weakened version has different weakened stats based on which type of unit it was. Minion- This unit has 25/20/15/10/5 less movement speed. Copy Data will only use 25 Data to create a weakened version and it's cool down is reduced to 0.5 seconds, allowing you to make up to 4 weakened minions. The reduced data does not apply to Super Minions. Neutral Monster- This unit has 30/25/20/15/10% reduced attack speed. Champion- This unit has 95/90/85/80/75% reduced armor and magic resist and only deals 35/40/45/50/55% (+2% per 100 AP) normal damage with their basic attacks. Tower- This unit only deals 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% (+1% per 100 AP) normal damage and has it's range reduced to 450/500/550/600/650. Damage will still ramp up over time, but only by half the normal ramp up amount. The weakened unit will attack whatever is attacking Goolium over anything else and gain 25% increased movement speed (if they have any) for 2 seconds when Goolium is attacked. Cost: 100 Data Cool Down: 5 sec. Range: 400
Ability 3- Hyperdrive Toggle Off: While toggled off, Goolium will regenerate 3/3.5/4/4.5/5% (+1% per 100 AP) of it's missing health per second while out of combat, being reduced to 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% missing health per second while in combat. Toggle On: Goolium's cool downs and analyzing speed are increased by 60/75/90/105/120% (+6% per 100 AP) while toggled on. During this time, the shield gained from Analyze is also increased by 30/35/40/45/50% (+2% per 100 AP). Cost: 4.5% current health per second while toggled on Cool Down: 1 sec.
Ultimate- Morph Data Active: Goolium transforms into a perfect copy of what he has currently analyzed after a 1.5 second delay, gaining it's exact stats and bonus stats based on what he had transformed into. The only stat not copied is health. If he has transformed into a champion, he can use all of their abilities and items, except for their ultimate ability which will count as if it had not been leveled at all. All crowd control applied by a copied champion's ability has it's duration reduced by 90%. Minion- Goolium gains 125/150/175% (+4% per 100 AP) of the analyzed minion's attack damage as bonus attack damage as well as having 30/35/40/45/50% increased attack and movement speed. Neutral Monster- Goolium gains 50/75/100 increased armor and magic resist as well as gaining 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% increased attack and movement speed. Champion- Goolium gains 30/40/50% increased health regeneration. Turret- Goolium gains 10/15/20% (+4% per 100 AP) increased attack speed and 75 increased attack range. Goolium will transform back to normal after 10/12.5/15 seconds or when this ability is reactivated at least 3 seconds after being activated. Goolium is stunned for 1.5 seconds while transforming back to normal. If Goolium made any units from a champion's spell, those units are killed instantly upon Goolium transforming back. Cost: 100 Data Cool Down: 180/170/160 sec.

Goolium can be played in both the lane and the jungle for different advantages. In the jungle, he can make for a powerful counter jungler by creating copies of his opponents monsters to make jungling even more difficult for them. He also has quite impressive jungle clearing speed early on since he will deal damage to every unit inside of himself as well as damaging even one jungle monster faster than most other champions early on. In the lane, Goolium takes on a huge advantage in lane by being able to "copy and paste" towers, making for a huge zoning tool in lane. It is wise to be careful in lane, however, since Goolium doesn't have a way to deal with enemy champions on the spot unless he has already analyzed them when has his ultimate.

MATCH UPS
Goes Good With
Ekko An obvious one, Ekko and Goolium are an insane combo since both of their abilities will apply stacks of Ekko's passive, allowing for double the generation of stacks.
Heimerdinger Even though Heimerdinger is Goolium's owner lore wise, they still make for a solid combo in-game. Morph Data allows Goolium to place down another 3 turrets and provide Heimerdinger and Goolium's team with absurd zoning potential. This is done on top of Goolium's ability to create weakened towers as well, so even when Goolium isn't transformed into Heimerdinger, they still create a large area of danger.
Nasus Ever wanted to face TWO super farmed Nasus' with only one having to do the farming? Yeah, just let that scary thought sink in for a minute. When Goolium becomes a copy of Nasus, he also gains his stacks, allowing them both to destroy the enemy team.
Goes the Worst Against
Cho'Gath Cho'Gath has enough crowd control to almost never let Goolium do much of anything due to his need to channel. His ultimate also makes short work of Goolium's copied minions and neutral monsters in a duel.
Master Yi Master Yi's incredibly high AoE, sustained damage as well as single target, sustained damage allows him to destroy Goolium's weakened units and destroy Goolium with ease. Combine this with Goolium's lack of quick responses, and its lights out for Element 119.
Nasus The one down side of making an army of weakened minions with Goolium is, well, Nasus. Nasus will last hit them all with ease with his Q and gain increased damage himself. While Goolium works well with a Nasus, Nasus destroys Goolium when on the other side.
Thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed my little creation! Feedback is highly appreciated!
