[Item Concepts] Omni-Vamp Items

This is entirely because I would like to see more omni-vamp item options than just Hextech Gunblade, which would mean omni-vamp would have to become a named unique passive so that you cannot stack the effect at all. Other than that, this is entirely a creative post for making new fan created items.

Lifesap Leaf: Recipe: Amplifying Tome (435g) + 265g = 700g

Statistics: +25 Ability Power +UNIQUE Passive - Omni-Vamp: Heal for 6% of all damage that you deal, one-third healing for area of effect damage.

Hextech Gunblade: Recipe: Lifesap Leaf (700g) + Hextech Revolver (1050g) + Bilgewater Cutlass (1500g) + 150g = 3400g

Statistics: +40 Attack Damage +80 Ability Power +UNIQUE Passive - Omni-Vamp: Heal for 15% of all damage that you deal, one-third healing for area of effect damage. +UNIQUE Active - Lightning Bolt: Instantly deals 175 - 253 (based on level) (+30%AP) magic damage and slows the target champion's movement speed by 40% for 2 seconds (700 range) (40 second cooldown, shared with other Hextech items).

(Just has a new component item to build from, only change.)

Nosferatu: Recipe: Lifesap Leaf (700g) + Fiendish Codex (900g) + Blasting Wand (850g) + 550g = 3000g

Statistics: +100 Ability Power +UNIQUE Passive: 20% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive - Omni-Vamp: Heal for 10% of all damage that you deal, one-third healing for area of effect damage. +UNIQUE Passive - Mana Leech: Your abilities that consume mana will heal you for 2%(+1% per 100AP) of struck targets' max health and half this value will restore mana, 25% effectiveness for mana per second abilities. Max 80 health and 40 mana restored against minions and monsters per spell cast.

(This item is for mages seeking to take down tanks by healing themselves based on the tankiness on the target [and their own damage they deal] and restoring some mana in the process. Intended for very long drawn out fights and more towards sustain damage dealers rather than poke or burst champions.)

Tear of a Demon: Recipe: Lifesap Leaf (700g) + Needlessly Large Rod (1250g) + Kindlegem (800g) + 650g = 3400g

Statistics: +300 Health +90 Ability Power +10% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive - Masochist Mage: Whenever you take damage from your own abilities, item actives, enemy champions or epic monsters you heal and permanently gain +25 bonus health, up to a maximum of 500 bonus health (4 seconds cooldown). +UNIQUE Passive - Blood Power: Gain bonus ability power equal to 0.5% of your total health. Conversion rate increases to 2% upon reaching maximum bonus health from Masochist Mage. +UNIQUE Passive - Omni-Vamp: Heal for 15% of all damage that you deal, one-third healing for area of effect damage. +UNIQUE Active - Eternal Torment: Consume 300 plus 40% of your current health to slow down nearby enemies by 99% for 2 seconds and triple your Omni-Vamp's effectiveness for the next 8 seconds (90 seconds cooldown). [Range: 700 units] Cannot cast if below the minimum health requirement needed.

(Mordekaiser and Vladimir, enough said. This is intended to be like a Rabadon's Deathcap for melee mages and especially for those that do not use mana who want to get in close to the enemy which is why it gives so much health to survive in fights for being so close to the enemy. In an extreme health to ability power conversion rate at the higher 2%, you get 80 ability power from 4000 health (so 170 ability power total with the base amount), this is a very late game health total reminding you that at max stacks you get Warmog's level of health.)

(Even though this item would be core for Mordekaiser and Vladimir, it still will find its home on other mages since it still grants stats everyone can use, just more risk for stacking it up with no health cost abilities. The cost for getting this item is giving up Rabadon's Deathcap with its high cost, or risk getting a really expensive late-game build if you try to go greedy with both items.)

Merciless Bow (Ranged Only): Recipe: Lifesap Leaf (700g) + Recurve Bow (1000g) + Blasting Wand (800g) + 500g = 3000g

Statistics: +80 Ability Power +50% Attack Speed +UNIQUE Passive: Deal 10(+5%AP) bonus magic damage on-hit. +UNIQUE Passive - Omni-Vamp: Heal for 15% of all damage that you deal, one-third healing for area of effect damage. +UNIQUE Passive - Merciless Killer: Every 5th basic attack within 8 seconds deals 10(+20%AP) - 40(+80%AP) bonus true damage based on the target's missing health. If the target dies to or within 1.5 seconds of taking damage from this attack then for the next 1.5 seconds every basic attack gains 25 - 150 bonus range (based on level) and deals Merciless Killer's bonus true damage, duration increases to 5 seconds if the dying target was a champion or epic monster.

(For ability power marksmen or ranged mages that like basic attacking a lot like Twisted Fate, Ziggs, or Orianna.)

This divides up Omni-Vamp into four types of items: ~ Hybrid stats and burst damage with Hextech Gunblade. ~ Long, drawn out survival sustain as a mage wanting to take down beefy targets with Nosferatu. ~ Late game semi-tanky and high ability power item with Tear of a Demon, with a risk mechanic of increasing your sustain by dealing massive self-inflicted damage, also a very powerful slow for play making. ~ Ability Power marksman item, or ranged mages that like basic attacking a lot, with Merciless Bow.

Also introduces a baby component item for Omni-Vamp, went with ability power because most champions that want omni-vamp over life steal or Death's Dance's sustain are ability power users or those looking at an on-hit build which involves ability power usually.

This is basically just Spell Vamp.; Riot's already talked about why they removed them back in Pre-Season 5. It was too good on a few champions, and never used by others. Because let's be real here-- who bought Will of the Ancients on anybody that wasn't Vladimir?
