LORE http://student.st.ac.th/36797/image/Freljord/Freljord_concept.jpg The Freljord can be a harsh, frozen wasteland to some. However, to it's inhabitants, it is home and merely the thought of the place ironically warms their heart. None take analogy more seriously than Jyro and Kili, the Two-Headed Forst Ogre. While not unheard of, two-headed forst ogres came only in the single digits every thousand years. While many claim they don't exist, two-headed ogres do indeed inhabit the Freljord. Jyro and Kili, like many ogres, are not the brightest and were taken advantage of in their youth. Trolls, who are much more aggressive than ogres, often enslave ogres to fight for them without even harming them. Simply lying and tempting them with food and drink, the troll leaders were able to catch Jyro and Kili with a trap and enslave them. Their story has since been very action-packed and active, but let's start from the beginning. Upon birth, Jyro and Kili were cared for greatly by their ogre family. Any ogre who is said to house a two-headed ogre must bless the special baby ogre with the powers of the great Frost Giants from before when the planet was encased in ice. After receiving their blessing, it would be decided whether Jyro and Kili would be a Warrior, Mage, or Healer. It wasn't quite so simple, however, with Jyro ending up being a Mage and Kili ending up being a Healer. When the two roles are combined, they often come together to be as durable as a Warrior through the protection granted of magic and the healing granted from the shamanistic arts of healing. Not only that, but ogres are very durable to a blade off the bat. Evolution has granted them thick skin only rivaled in durability by the skin of dragons. With all these traits coming together, Jyro and Kili were destined for greatness. One day, when they were much older and nearing the day when they would leave their family's tribe to start their own or join another one, as stated in the natural life cycle of an ogre, trolls raided their tribe. Many were killed, but Jyro and Kili, even if as dumb as a rock, knew they needed to help their friends. Jyro used ice magic to freeze many trolls to death and Kili used his magic to restore the strength of his seemingly fallen allies. The trolls retreated with news of a new, powerful two-headed ogre among the tribe they had raided. Two weeks later, Jyro and Kili left their tribe to start their life's natural journey. It hadn't been a day when, suddenly, a large piece of meat appeared before Jyro and Kili. Hungry and tired, they chased the meat until they came across a band of mischievous trolls. While at first a little worried, Jyro and Kili accepted their offers to join them by the fire they had built. Ogres and trolls had never gotten along, but Kili wanted to see if now could be the first time trolls and ogres could be friends. Jyro, knowing better, did not accept any meat offered to him, despite them both sharing the same stomach. After a long night, the trolls were finally able to convince Jyro and Kili to join them as they went back to their clan. After another week of hiking, they were finally at the trolls' clan's campsite. However, it seemed that things had changed since they had last been there. A new troll king had taken charge of the troll clans of the Freljord and his name was Trundle. An order went out to enslave all remaining ogres in the Freljord, and Jyro and Kili were right in the middle of a troll camp when the order arrived. They were tricked to join the trolls in their war effort against the other Freljord tribes. Their war-band was seemingly unstoppable until they came across Sejuani. In their battle against the proud leader, they were tricked into a corner and asked why they were aiding the trolls. They explained themselves and Sejuani spared them. This was not something Sejuani did often, but she would rather not make enemies of anyone who she did not want to make enemies with. An idea struck her mind, and she offered the ogres to join her "tribe". The four eyes of the two-headed ogre lit with joy, seeing their journey had ended. They had finally found a tribe to join and they could finally rest. Now used as a guard to protect the tribe while the raiders are away, Jyro and Kili have become legendary defenders among Sejuani's "tribe" and have earned the respect of the most famous names in the "tribe".

That passive is very interesting, but would force the abilities to be FAR weaker than what you have them as. Think about it 500 AP at level 16 makes it an 8 sec stun even if you force them to use the ability it's still about .9 sec between AA's so about 6 seconds. and that's just 1 ability let alone you could Q after. I think that passive would be excellent on a sustain damage carry. Something more like a Cassiopeia or Karthus where they rely on constant abilities for damage. For instance at early you have a single shot that deals like 100 damage and like a small dash. Early this champion will be super weak, but after 800 AP you get about 6 dashes and 8 Qs. I really like that passive though and hope Riot steals it lol.

Absolutely 100% BROKEN, no way any of this is getting put in a kit together. Look, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume you don't intend the recast from the passive to stack with his other abilities cc and over time effects, so my calculations will be made under the assumption that you intend it to simply rest them. With max ap build you'd be at 900+ ap, giving your passive nine ticks.

His Q would deal 1000 straight magic damage over 3.5 seconds, stunning them for that duration, and then slowing them for 60% for 1.5 seconds (8 second cooldown, 4.4 w/cdr)

His W Heals for 540 health over 4.5 sec and would slow enemies by 20% for 4 seconds every auto.(12 second cooldown 6.6 w/cdr)

His E would deal 850 magic damage and root the target for 2.65 seconds or grant allies 95 armor and magic resist for 4.75 seconds. (12 second cooldown 6.6 w/cdr)

His R would deal 1430 magic damage and stun the enemy for 3.75 seconds. (15 second cool down 8.2 w/cdr)

This means that with a full combo, that is 8.2 seconds R Q E he would deal 3280 magic damage stun for 3.5, then for 3.75, then root for 2.65 meaning and by the time they could move again if they were still alive, his R would be back up and he could start it all over again. (and he could heal for 1080 in that time)

This is literally THE MOST broken champion suggestion to be made by anyone ever in the history of league of legends.

P.S. if you inteded for them to stack the combo would cc someone for almost twice the cooldown of a full combo.
