I was playing VTMB and I got an idea for a champion. Not many numbers in this concept, I just want to know if the kit sounds interesting. I imagine him as a top lane bruiser or a jungler. Let me know what you think.

Champion: Sh'misae, The Flesh Crafter Range: 125 Resource: Mana/Health

Lore: Tales as old as history speak of a being, not a man or demon but something in between, that stalks the shadows of seemingly random individuals. His victims vanish suddenly, if they are ever seen again their flesh is shaped and molded like clay into something horrifying. Victims who could still speak described a hooded figure with a massive cleaver that meted out torture as gracefully as any artist painted. Scholars have determined this being to be of an ancient society, long before any kingdom was founded and the Rune Wars ravaged the world. Now, his sights have been set on the greatest legends of the world. Sh'misae has come to craft his master work.

Passive: Tormentors Fervor Sh'misae is fueled by the urge to torment, and will gain 15% bonus move speed while moving towards impaired enemies (Slowed, blinded, etc), as well as 30% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds if he has damaged an impaired enemy.

Q: Flesh from Bone http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/0/07/Flesheater_item.png/revision/latest?cb=20150707235735

Passive: Your basic attacks and abilities rend your target, applying a 3% slow stacking 5 times. Upon attacking an enemy with max stacks, you will deal bonus damage and stun them for 1 second.

Active: Causes your next basic attack to consume all stacks on a target enemy, dealing 10% of their current health as bonus damage as well as slowing them by 6% for each stack consumed for 2.5 seconds.

W: Might of Pain http://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/2/25/AnimateVitalis.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20091225180823&format=webp

Active: For 8 seconds, Sh'misae draws on the art of pain, causing your abilities to cost 10% of your current health instead of mana. During this time, taking damage from any source will give you 15 bonus attack damage, stacking up to 3 times.

E: Blood Link http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/a/ae/FocusMAX.png/revision/latest?cb=20151028154404&format=webp

Passive: Select one ally champion, linking his and their life force, sacrificing 10% of your max health to give them that same amount sacrificed as bonus health. This bonus will be lost upon your or your targets death.

Active: For 5 seconds, Sh'misae partakes in his allies pain, 50% of the damage your target takes will be redirected to you. During this time, all damage you take will emanate from your body dealing 30% of that damage to nearby enemies.

R: Art of Death http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/leagueoflegends/images/4/48/Typhoon_Claws_item.png/revision/latest?cb=20150707235735 Passive: If Sh'misae kills or assists in the kill of an enemy champion, he can click on their corpse, erecting a macabre totem. Enemies within 450 units this totem will be feared for 1 second if they remain near it for 4 seconds. These totems will remain on the map until Sh'misae dies. After using this passive, another corpse cannot be selected for 80 seconds.

Active: Sh'misae destroys all Macabre Totems on the map, gaining bonus size and 50/75/100 health for each totem destroyed this way for 4 seconds.

not bad, with the ult I would add either a cooldown between passives and would add an area around the totems for clarity, but this does sound like an interesting champion. If it were balanced and upcoming, I'd probably drop a bit of investment in learning it. I feel like you could give it a little more character though, perhaps having descriptions aside to add some flavor to it. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Seems like a really interesting champion. The only problem I'm not sure what role he would do well in. His E is useless without an ally, but his abilities would give him poor peel and lane presence as a support. His ult also doesn't help him in lane. He's a champion that would be great to have on your team late game, but it seems like would struggle greatly with laning phase. Think about it: his w only provides 30 ad unless he's oom, his e requires an ally, and his r only works when he's gotten a kill or assist. His q and passive should allow him to jungle decently, but he prob wouldn't be able to gank full health enemies effectively. I guess he could counter gank well by saving an ally with his e.
