Dear riot, PLEASE review the up/downvote system...

I think that i speak for all content creators on the boards when I ask this. Lately, there have been a lot of people that downvote thing without even saying why or what they don't like about the content. This is especially true for champion concept creators like me. Because of this the content gets less attention, even though most of us work REALLY hard on these ideas and just want some feedback. Now i know this has been requested for like, forwever, but just see this as another voice in the crowd of people that want this. Revise the way people down and upvote. Let the HAVE to fill in a reason for a downvote. This way, only people that actually care about other peoples content can downvote, because the lazy shits that downvote and not say anything now would find it too much trouble.

You probably don't read this, but still...Please riot, help us out here...
