Need more Bilgewater champions.

Hi, basically, it is just the title. If we truly think about it, Bilgewater has the smallest representation of characters within the League to this day. The picture above shows ALL of the Bilgewater champions. These are the same champions involve with the Burning Tides event (the only one not included is ). The only other location that can rival Bilgewater is Mt. Targon, yet even still, Bilgewater has little representation in the League. I mean, even the Shadow Isles, which is directly linked to Bilgewater through lore, has more champions. I would really appreciate if Riot could add some champions to expand the representation of Bilgewater in League. This is a favored location of mine because my main champion resides there (and you can probably tell by the icon I have selected who that is :D).

Disclaimer: is not considered to be linked to Bilgewater, even though she participated in Burning Tides and is friends with Fizz. is considered a vastayan and is a part of Ionian faction.

Disclaimer 2: or , not sure which, actually didn't come from Bildgewater. They just reside there. I believe it Graves. I would have to re-read the Burning Tides lore.

I think the lore potential for Bilgewater is also way higher than some of the others that are (relatively) more normal, i.e. demacia.

I feel like I need to point out the fact that Vastayans are not exclusive to Ionia. Whilst most of them are from Ionia, Nami's tribe is from around Mount Targon whilst Rengar was born near Shurima.

I would really appreciate if Riot could add some champions to expand the representation of Bilgewater in League.

Going by Bilgewater current lore it actually is represented rather well.

I am all for new and interesting champions, but Bilgewater has the problem of competing with some very thematic regions (Hextech=Zaun or Piltover for example). It's hard to find a concept that really fits Bilgewater better than another region.

While I completely agree with you that Bilgewater needs more champions, Mount Targon has the least amount of champs: A.S., Pantheon, Leona, Diana, and Taric (who’s originally Demacian).

yeee, I would say we need more shadow isles (I love those champs <3) but considering Yorick and Eve's re-works, i'd say the shadow isles are fine for now.

I saw a request for a new Yordle champion a while back and someone suggested a female Yordle Theif that is constantly surprised by her own success and effectiveness. I think placing that kind of champion in Bilgewater, and playing up the sewer-rat/street-urchin theme would be really cool.

TF is from a nomadic tribe just outside of Bilgewater and went there as soon as he was shunned, so even fewer champs born into Bilgewater. Although it helps the image of Bilgewater being the bastion of brutes, bandits, and other unruly types with all the outside influences that come in and stir up trouble.

After reading Bilgewater's lore and related stories, I don't see much room for another champion unless they progress the lore through time. If Riot does that, I can totally see room for an Ionian (Asian) themed pirate that is the head of a massive pirate crew trying to take over Bilgewater through offering incentives to the people for some nefarious purpose. He/she would chip at Miss Fortune's weakness of poor diplomacy skills. They could even form some sort of alliance with Gangplank, promising him back his dominance over the island once they've gotten what they want. Gangplank's end of the bargain would be not violently confronting MF or getting in the way. Add a plot twist here and there, and it can be a pretty cool story.
