(Superior Phantom Dancer) Rito I fix game 4 u, can I has cookie?
Jokes aside this could give melees a fairly affordable AA item that is strong but not so strong as to be abused by marksmen. cost could vary (3100 to 3250 ish). Devs can finetune the numbers as deemed fit.
I got this idea from seeing how
shared the haste passive as a form of balancing mechanism in case they were both equipped.
EDIT: add a passive so that the cost of upgrading varies based on how long you held onto the 2700-2800 gold crit item. so upgrade cost would be 1000 gold minus 10 gold every 15 seconds (until reaches 500 gold) https://imgur.com/PE02GY6
is the non stacking 15AS & AD enough to discourage people to from building either

together?, or if they do build them together it wont be OP?
I.E. might have a
added to its build path, or have a new 850 gold item in place of pick-axe that gives like 15 AD and 10AS.
In order to **not **have negative stats (since Superior PD has 30as +passive, still 45 total but when accounting passive)
would have 30 AS (instead of 45%) but this value would be added to its passives instead (15 RAW AS = only 375 gold worth)
maybe it could have 35%CC instead of 30%.
or give it +5% bonus crit damage
point is with these kinds of adjustments we can make it work.
(trading 15% AS for 5% crit dmg (and maybe 1% strong passive) won't be enough to make it gold efficient enough to work with I.E. given their shared UNIQUE Passive)
would change from 35AS to 25AS and cost 800gold.
yes this would mean changing cost of triforce to no longer be 333, but that's pretty obsessive to trouble/restrict ourselves here. Looking at patch history it received quite a few price changes.
I was also thinking of taking 5% CDR away from
(from sheen) but add a loading screen tip/hint that says excess CDR is converted into adaptive AD or AP. like the rune jsut make it default part of the game. You'd have to adjust the 10% cdr rune.
EDITED Thanks to Zaghyr in comments: here's an Idea for a new build path for I.E. to make this work: Oops: the 10% convert would go down to 5% or so if you add 10% bonus crit damage https://imgur.com/a/DgKfpnk
It can also work without the bonus crit dmg have an Item that has 15 to 20 AD and convert ~4% crit damage
