Champions most in need of skins (Length of time since last new skin)

Has not had a new skin since his June 2011 release. (Oldest champion without a post release skin)

Last new skin was September 2010 (Shurima Desert Zilean)

Last new skin was October 2010 (Masquerade Evelynn)

Those are the best examples I could find, but I'm sure someone has a better one.

I believe that champs slated for visual updates generally don't receive skins in the interim - it'd just be more eventual work to redesign them, after all. At least, I recall reading that that's why Evelynn in particular is so starved.
