LoL champion skillset idea - Damian, the Unstoppable Rhythm

Some of my friends really enjoy playing rhythm games and LoL. So they challenged me to make a rhythm-based champion kit where timing is everything. Well,... Maybe a bit OP, but this is what I came up with...

Damian, the Unstoppable Rhythm

PASSIVE - Beats, Precision and Music

Damian's spell casts have to be on the beat and have stronger or weaker effects depending on the timing of his spell casts (varies between HORRIBLE - FLAWLESS). Additionally, his attack speed is ALWAYS equal to his BPM (Beats Per Minute) and cooldown reduction does not apply to him. Damian starts the game with 30 BPM and increases this by 10 for each level-up (capped at 200 at level 18).


Volume Up!! - (Q, toggle)

Damian boosts the sound pressure of his voice, making his basic attacks pierce units and gain 120/240/360/480/600 attack range, but they become timing dependent skillshots (holding the Alt-button + clicking right mouse button to attack) in the cursor's direction. Each basic attack deals physical damage depending on the attack timing.

Mute - (W)

Damian sends a soundwave through the ground to a target location and erupts upon arrival, dealing 110/150/190/230/270 + [120% Bonus Attack Damage] magic damage to enemies hit and silencing them for a duration, depending on Mute’s cast timing. The size of the eruption increases over distance.

Fast Forward - (E)

Damian dashes in a direction and increases his Movement Speed for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds, depending on his cast timing. If Damian dashes through a Resonance Tower, he drags all enemies near a Resonance Tower towards one closest to the enemy.

Resonance - (R, max 3 charges)

Damian creates Resonance Tower at a target location that lasts for 10 seconds, which cannot be attacked by enemies. While Volume UP!! is toggled on, Damian can attack the Resonance Tower to deal the attack's damage to enemies near any Resonance Tower (regardless of the distance between them) and additional damage based on their missing health, depending on the cast timing of Resonance. Casting Mute on a Resonance Tower will deal Mute’s damage and apply Mute’s effects nearby all Resonance Towers. Multiple Resonance Towers do not stack damage and effects.

NOTES: => For those wondering why the amount of cooldown beats go up. It does indeed seem as if the cooldowns are increasing, but they actually decrease in time because of a faster increasing divisor when converting the cooldown beats to seconds. You can verify this by using this formula: t = (c / BPM) ∙ 60 (‘c’ is the amount of cooldown beats, ‘t’ is the cooldown in seconds)

=> The in-game music stays the same when Damian's BPM is lower than the BPM of the in-game music and the BPM would be made clear on the screen. But to make it slightly easier for players, the BPM of the in-game music adapts to Damian's BPM when Damian's BPM is higher (the song would speed up).

There's no MISS because you can't always attack of use abilities

=> Damian's attack speed cannot be increased or reduced except by Beats, Precision and Music. Purchasing cooldown reduction or attack speed doesn't increase anything else. They are simply not applied.
