Varus' Passive update idea

Hello everyone to my take on the Varus' passive, which I think is good sometimes, but seems boring or not interesting. It probably is a strong passive but I think that to make him more interesting, his passive could be updated in the future. This might make Varus' gameplay more attractive or interesting if it was done, so have a look!

PASSIVE Quick Release Varus can successively fire his basic attack as long as he has an arrow nocked. Varus will nock an arrow every X (based on basic attack speed) seconds and can have a maximum of 2 arrows ready to be fired at a time in a quick succession. Second shot applies on-hit effects but deals 20/30/40/50% damage.

So that was it. Quick Release can be a nice help for Varus' farming and overall damage, and has a good synergy with his Blight, applying 2 stacks instead of only one. This passive would be nice at freezing lanes and duels, after channeling his Piercing Arrow to the maximum he has another card in his sleeve.
