Actually champion sizes are seriously messed up. The "smaller" the champion, the larger they are relative to "normal" sized champions. Annie is a giant too, just compare her head size to Morgana.

It has to do with gameplay. If so as body was as big as it "should be" then her turntable would be huge and make her an even bigger target for skill shots etc. this is why kayle has to be so small
