I think it would be a skin to please another crowd.
Since not everyone likes the busty, demon/ sucubuss, pink/red type skin.
I would prefer the jade dragon skin. With green (fav color) and traditional clothing.

It's not out of the realm of possibility in the future, but it's not likely you'll see another skin for Vi for a bit.
While dates between skins are a factor in determining which champions are getting skins, it's not the only factor. If we wanted to pursue this particular skin thematic, say for something like Lunar Revel (not promising here, just using this as an example), the fact that she got a skin in October wouldn't rule her out as a potential candidate for a Lunar Revel skin if we felt the concept for the skin was strong and fit the year's theme.
