Someone I know on the League of Legends Wiki is a hardcore custom champion creator. He's very passionate about what he does, and he recently started a wiki dedicated to making these concepts away from clogging the League of Legends Wiki mainspace. It's only me and him currently, but please join in! We need a bedrock to get the ball rolling!
