Was my go to urf champ the last 2 years. I'm kind of excited to push people across the map with E and spamm W so they have NO chance of escape.

She will be trash-orino in urf though. Sure, she is spamming Q and E a lot, sure, but her ult is gutted by urf, and just because she has faster CDs on Q an E, her ult CD modification W is capped at 50% cdr max, no matter how high you can normally get it. Meaning she will ult and lose dps and heals. She has too many static cooldowns to really do much on Urf sadly.

Correct me if any CDs have been updated or I did my math wrong please, I just straight copied this from the last time I did this math.
At level 16, as long as he can stay alive for 14 seconds after going back he can live forever. Considering he can E ever 1.4 seconds once he has it maxed, I don't think we'll ever catch him.
