Applies Fragility for 3 seconds (stacks 3 times). If 3 stacks of Fragility on enemies, stunned for 1.5 seconds. Can hold 8 charges at once.

W: Steel-Cored Bullet Bond's basic attacks deal 30/45/60/75/90 (+0.02 bonus Health) bonus true damage. Steel-Cored Bullet can critically strike, dealing 200% true damage .
