**Lore: ** The world is full of dastardly individuals, and those individuals normally have quite the bounty on their head. Be it because of treason, counterfeiting, or just an old grudge... they're worth a bit of gold. To bring in these bounties, countless bounty hunters pursue these people in hopes of claiming their just reward, however, none are quite as daring, nor deadly, as Cerulius. Cerulius takes on the bounties that others are unwilling to take, mostly infamous criminals, dangerous warriors, or even high ranking officials. However, Cerulius has recently been asked to take out a high-value target, the kind who walks upon the Fields of Justice, and of which he's never attempted. Nonetheless, Cerulius guarantees a 100% success rate to his clients and has found himself on the Fields of Justice to do what he does best, to kill with style.

He wields dual pistols, which are collectively called "The Chimera Pistols" because one pistol bares the head of a lion, and the other, the head of a goat. The bullets they require are called "Snake Shots" which resemble the snake tail a chimera possesses. He wears a tattered red* cloak so that red is the last thing his victims see. Cerulius uses his lion pistol as his main weapon.

These rounds are special and give Cerulius bonus lethality based on his attack speed.

Basic Attack Cost: 1 Bullet Reload Time: 4 seconds (reduced by 1% per every 2% attack speed) Bonus Lethality: 5 (+1 for every 5% bonus attack speed) Visual Notes Cerulius will have a special bar indicating how much ammo he has. Whenever a round is expended, you should see a bullet casing fall out of his gun.

Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown(after expending all "Snake Shot" casts): 15 seconds Duration: 3 seconds

Snake Shot Cerulius fires a narrow, but fast, skill shot that damages the first enemy hit. If Cerulius hits an enemy champion, the duration of "Snake Shot" will be reset, allowing him to land more "Snake Shots" as long as he hits an enemy champion. This can be cast while moving, applies on-hit effects, and can critically strike for additional damage. "Snake Shot" must be cast within 3 seconds of each other, or else it is put on cooldown.

Cost: 1 Bullet from "Loaded Chamber" Range: 600 units Damage: 80%/95%/100%/105%/110% of total AD w/Crit Damage: 160%/190%/200%/210%/220% of total AD

Visual Notes Cerulius hides his pistol under his red cloak. When "Chimera Pistols" is activated, Cerulius will dramatically reveal his remaining pistol and flashing his red cloak behind him. He will then appear with both pistols in hand while the ability is active. With each shot, Cerulius alternates between his pistols.

Cost: 35 mana Range: 450 units Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds

Visual Notes The red cloak should follow the sort of snake pattern that Aurelion Sol's body follows. It's sort of left behind and follows Cerulius around.

If a target that is covered by the fluid is hit by Cerulius, they will be ignited, dealing a percentage of their maximum health over 3 seconds. Can be cast in conjunction with a "Snake Shot" to instantly trigger the burn (on the primary target only) and slow for the cost of 2 bullets.

Cost: 1 Bullet from "Loaded Chamber" and 50/55/60/65/70 mana Cooldown: 15 seconds at all ranks Slow:_10%/15%/20%/25%/30% Slow Duration:_1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds Ignited Damage:_5%/7%/8%/9%/10% of maximum health over 3 seconds

Visual Notes The fluid is black, and when splattered, causes enemies to appeared oil stained to indicate that they can be ignited. The fluid will visually wear off to indicate the amount of time remaining of the slow and time left to ignite. The bullet fired from this ability will visually appear different, perhaps appearing black and leaving behind a trail of black smoke.

Can be cast while moving and during "Chimera Pistols" to further extend its duration as well as allowing Cerulius more ammo to cast for "Snake Shot".

PASSIVE: Killing enemies will grant Cerulius with another bullet.

Cost: 50 mana Cooldown: 40/30/20 seconds

Visual Notes Cerulius will spin his guns around to indicate the use of this ability. The expended rounds will also come out of his guns to indicate the fact that he reloaded.


DESIGN INSIGHT I really wanted to create an ADC caster who felt really badass. I took inspiration from Vincent Valentine because he was always a character who was overly badass and fit the role of ADC.

Passive: Loaded Chamber I really love the idea of ammunition in the more recent champions. It adds a level of strategic play and a way to make the champion more unique. I decided to make use of the ammunition by making his attacking ability cost a bullet. This would make it more realistic while adding a level of difficulty to his gameplay. Careful management of your rounds will be necessary for mastering Cerulius.

Q: Chimera Pistols/ Snake Shot You may not have noticed this, but I based his pistols around a Chimera. The two heads (lion and goat) being the pistols, and the bullets being the snake (tail). Since Valentine's pistol was called "Cerberus" after the 3 headed dog, I felt that Cerulius should have weapons named after a mythical creature as well.

This is Cerulius' main source of damage! It is supposed to replace his auto-attacks and shift his playstyle to an AD caster. Firing this in quick succession (with great accuracy) will definitely deal more damage than his own basic attacks and will allow Cerulius to focus on building PURE AD in order to deal a great amount of damage. I say this because if you pull this off in quick succession, then you can surpass the average attack speed of a normal ADC, and also deal more damage per shot. The only difficulty is landing them in succession and staying in a position where you won't be stunned.

The combo you should pull off is obviously a "Dirty Bullet" into a "Snake Shot" so that you're guaranteed a slow from a basic attack, and so that you can more easily land "Snake Shots" and trigger the burn. However, if you're in a jiffy and really need to get it off quickly, then you can combo it with the "Snake Shot", just make sure you land it!\

The feel of activating "Chimera Pistols" should feel awesome! As Cerulius flashes his pistols, the player (and enemies) will know that Cerulius is out to kill.

W: Side-Step Pretty basic ability, it gives you the maneuverability that can make or break a good Cerulius player. This ability should be used to kite and avoid damage in order to get off as many "Snake Shots" as possible.

E: Dirty Bullet This ability was sort already covered in the first bit of my design insights. However, I'll go over it. This is supposed to be Cerulius' utility tool to set up for his "Snake Shots". However, it can be used in many other ways. You can use it to break down a tank with the burn damage, slow enemies approaching you so that you can kite, and even use the burn to finish off a target.

R: Lock and Load This is sort of a small ultimate, but it plays a major role in Cerulius' combo. By using this, Cerulius can extend his attack combo to deal 2x the amount of damage from his normal combo. Or, he can use this to bait out the enemy by making them think he is out of bullets, but then turn and kill them. There are so many uses for this ability and will determine a bad Cerulius player from a good one.

Essentially, Cerulius can burst someone down really quick if he can get off a full combo, but is left without any damage afterwards.

A few clarifying questions:

How does his passive interact with Attack Speed? Other ammo-based ADCs have unique interactions with the stat because the same old attack speed increase might not necessarily enhance damage when you have to reload after 6 shots anyway...

The duration for Chimera Pistols is 3 seconds, which can be extended, but the Cooldown for Snake Shot is listed as 6 seconds. This is confusing, why would there be a separate cooldown on Snake Shot that is longer than how long he can have the second pistol out?

Does the slow apply even while the burn does? If so, that makes the combo of Dirty Bullet and Snake Shot the best option in nearly every situation: a slow AND a percent health burn. You can kite, chase down, and fight pretty much any champ with that kind of ability. I'd recommend removing the slow once the burn is apllied.

Liar, I could not see any feedback given from you in my post. Please, in the future, don't lie about this, because it is cheating in a way. It would be nice though if someone actually gave me feedback...

This is a cool concept, really well done, but his passive is the only one that concerns me.

After firing all the rounds, he can't do basically anything in 4 seconds, which is absurdly underwhelming in the early-game. Only thing you can do is dash around, and you can't even farm during this time and this will become a huge disadvantage. He will be fun when he dashes around and shoots everyone with his Q, which costs bullets, and then you're all vulnerable for assassins and pretty much anyone, and you can't do a lot.

It seems that his early-game would be a hell because of his insanely long reload time and high mana cost on his Q, but would be a late-game menace with some attack speed.

I don't really have other points to bring out here, this seems like a fleshed out concept. Best luck in the CCOS!

I feel like this champion idea is like Graves Jhin and Lucian had a threesome and had a baby. It's cool to have a more burst reliant attack speed ADC that can delete people if he's able to land everything. I agree with some things other have said about his early game but at the same time he doesn't feel like he should be in a team fight. A comp centered around picking people off, pair up with a Leblanc in mid lane would be an exceptional pick off duo. I feel overall balanced on concept, numbers mean little to me in the sense on paper. In game is where it would count. I do feel that his ult cd should be a bit higher but meh, numbers can change easily.
