##Tidus, the Rogue Tide
Lore Tidus was a former Marai (Nami's race) prince who was gifted with countless things, such as his godly trident which could control the very flow of Runeterra. But, alas, like every other prince, he was extremely foolish. He would spend his days, chasing after mates and being extremely ungrateful. He did not want to be a Marai, whom he saw as ugly and distasteful. He envied the land-dwellers for their ability to walk upon soft, warm, and luscious soil, and wished to be one. One day, Tidus' wish would be granted by an old hermit that he regularly visited on the shore of Bilgewater. Tidus would be turned into a human and keep his Marai powers. With his newfound form, Tidus returned to the kingdom to boast his beauty. However, the Marai would not accept him anymore. He was a traitor. His father, the King, took Tidus' trident and broke it into 3 pieces. He then cast the fragments deep into the depths where it would never be found again. Tidus would then be banished from the kingdom, forbidden to ever enter again. Defeated, Tidus returned to the spot where he visited the hermit so that he may ask him to reverse the spell. However, the hermit was nowhere to be found. Tidus wanders the deep, searching for the lost pieces of his trident, and a way to rejoin his kin.
Role: Mage/Fighter

Every 10 minutes, a fragment of the trident will appear in the river, notifying all players of it's general location. If Tidus finds the piece and stands over it for 5 seconds, the Trident will increase in power, granting Tidus bonuses. Enemy champions can stand on the fragment for 5 seconds and destroy it, forcing it to re-spawn 5 minutes later.
1st Form (start of the game): Tidus' trident is unfinished and only the middle prong has been found (it looks like a spear), Tidus' basic attacks strike forward in a straight line and deal 15 + 15% of his ability power as bonus magic damage to all enemies hit. Additionally, Tidus gains bonus tenacity and movement speed while inside water either from his "Abyssal Pool" or the river.
Basic Attack Range: 350
Bonus Tenacity and Movement Speed: 1st Form: 15% 2nd Form: 20% 3rd Form: 25%
2nd Form (fragment spawns at 10 minutes): Tidus' trident is halfway complete with only one of the other prongs being found! His basic attacks also now deal 25 + 25% of his ability power as bonus magic damage and gains 30% bonus attack speed
3rd Form (fragment spawns at 20 minutes or later depending on the time the 2nd form was completed): Tidus' trident is complete, and it now looks like a proper trident! Tidus' basic attacks now follow a combo, every 3rd basic attack will fire a 3-pronged attack (similar to Graves), dealing 100 + 50% of his ability power as bonus magic damage to all targets struck. A target can be struck by multiple prongs depending on how close they are to Tidus, each additional prong will deal 50% damage for a maximum of 200 + 100% of bonus ability power as bonus magic damage.

Tidus' abilities can only be cast from an "Abyssal Pool". At the start of the game, Tidus may only level this ability due to his other abilities requiring the use of this.
Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/8 seconds Radius: 225 (about the area of Trundle's "Ice Pillar") Magic Damage: 70/120/170/220/270 (+60% of bonus Ability Power)

Cost: 50 mana at all ranks Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds Bonus Magic Damage: 15/30/45/60/75 (+20% of bonus Ability Power) Slow: 10%/15%/20%/25%/30%
http://www.hiveworkshop.com/data/ratory-images/87/87460-e9840f8745859bab0afca866f0aec3cf.jpg E: Whirlpool Tidus causes an existing "Abyssal Pool" to slowly pull enemies to its center over 3 seconds. Tidus gains a shield for every second that an enemy champion is within the "Whirlpool". If the pool's lifetime were to expire while using this ability, then the pool will remain for the duration of this spell.
Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 mana Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds Shield Regeneration: 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% of bonus AP) per champion
HOW THE PULL WORKS Every .25 seconds, the unit will be pulled a certain amount of units (I have no idea about the average units a champion travels per step) toward the center.

Enemies are dealt more damage the closer they are too the initial pool (to mimic a tidal wave that dies down), enemies at the end of the tsunami are dealt 50% of the initial damage.
