I Am Sorry Everyone!
I am doing this because I feel like I should. I need to try to reset on this forum, Concepts and Creations, and just say I was wrong and apologize for my behaviour to you all. No specifics with anything and I want to put the past behind me and for all of us and start fresh, the future is now entirely new.
The main point to this post is apologizing to you all. The other part is clarify some wrong misconceptions about me:
-
I never ignore your comments and feedback. EVER! ~ My replies within a champion concept is simply explaining why the ability is balanced, not me ignoring your feedback, but I do think about and see what I can do. Usually the change you seek comes when someone throws out random ideas to change something completely different in the kit, directly or indirectly, but it is usually indirectly. That sets off a chain reaction that then changes the thing someone else did not like and want change by changing something else for everything can work together, which is why I always welcome bold and fresh new ideas, and my ideas are usually always very bold and different (my thought pattern is completely different than what most people's thought pattern is).
-
I always think I am wrong, I never think I am right, I just also happen to believe in my ideas and put confidence in them. ~ If I cannot convince myself, then I cannot expect to convince someone else. Especially since, this is the Concepts and Creations, I want to create something bold and different, it is going to be something that is going to go against the grain almost every time because you have not seen it before. Just because something is new and different to you does not make it wrong and in that scenario need to think it over again. Back to the point, I am always open to feedback and your ideas, I never think I am right about every, I just will never publicly showcase or admit that I am wrong. I do indeed reflect on what you say and think about how I change my concept to make it better or think how I can fix the problem that you point out, just need to be patient, and again throwing out random ideas helps a lot!
-
I say one thing in a reply, but internally I think things through better and dwell on what your comments are trying to say. Which means I will look over the kit and see what I can change to address what you point out.
-
Going back to never ignoring your comments. ~ Better to say this twice to drive the point home. I do want to point out that the only comments I will ever ignore are the ones that generalize the entire concept, literally the entire concept, by saying it is broken or overpowered without stating any kind of specific details about it. That does me no good because I have not a clue what you are looking at of when you say it is overpowered or broken, need to be not so vague or general on the matter, and instead say specific things of what is going on. Again, spit balling ideas helps go a long way because it helps me think of new things I never would have thought before and makes me make an ability for the concept that is miles ahead of the previous ability that was there.

I do actually get annoyed very easily. ~ The only reason why I want the post to be neutral is because then new people coming in will have an un-bias opinion before they start reading. Also when posts are downvoted it not only sparks more downvotes, but people just straight up stop reading the post, and this is not about downvotes because upvotes sway opinions too... even though both ways usually result in negative pre-opinions. Concepts and Creations honestly should not have either system and just have always neutral posts, the only thing that could work out is a hidden liking system that does not influence the forum at all, just something that shows the poster that people like their work (only the poster can see the likes). ~ So I do need to apologize to anyone that I got annoyed at the time and snapped on them, that is not right of me, so I'm sorry.

I am my own biggest critic and most people that do creative works are the same way. ~ Because of this, you do not need to bring people down. Just be positive instead and uplift those you see, you want to encourage creative minds, not discourage them. When someone is passionate about something and put their all into it then be positive about their work, do not try to bring them down because it does not live up to some unrealistic standard that you set in your mind that everyone must achieve that standard. Someone people will have not very good concepts while others are professionally done, but you do not improve without trying and make more concepts plus encourages people to make their previous concepts much better if everyone is positive towards them. ~ For all you know, your favourite champion in League of Legends or your favourite game ever made could come out one day just because you were positive and brought up someone's day even though they made a terrible concept in this forum. If you are negative towards that person, write or do not write things like broken or overpowered and then downvote the post and try to get people to do it in mass, then that person could just stop doing creative things altogether or just never share his/her ideas. The most creative and greatest game ever made could never exist because you took it upon yourself to trash on someone just because their concept does not live up to your unrealistic expectation and expect everyone to make things top tier as the best person here. Highly recommend if you see anyone's post that is below 1 just to upvote it back to 1 or higher that is an actual concept, I do this because I actually think about the receiving end because I know on the other side of the digital wall that an actual person is sitting their who spent hours makes that concept and put his heart into it. The least you can do is try make it for other people's perception of the post is not negative going into it. If you want to help him/her approve for the future then share feedback and ideas, point things out in a nice way that they might have missed, they can do what they want with the information - planting a seed is still planting a seed, something will come from it.
This post just turned into me rambling on and being real with you all. I am going to end here because there is not much point to saying much more.
The one thing you should get from all this is this: ~ Remember that the receiving end of your actions there is a living, breathing person that has feelings. So treat them with respect and you need to remember before you do something if you would want someone to do that to you. With this mindset, you should not be willing to bash on others, or in the case of this forum, not do stupid things like downvote someone - you don't like it when someone does that to you so you should not do that to others, and if you end up hitting that forbidden button, you need to catch yourself and undo it. It is not your job to judge, if there is something you do not like then say your thoughts instead, whether it improves to your liking or not should not matter, at least your thoughts were put out there and something will happen because of it.
Just be nice to others. Treat them with honour and respect the best you can. Treat someone's work that they put hours into with their hearts and passion, with respect as well. That does not mean it cannot improve or their future work cannot improve. Speaking from experience, I go look at my old work, whether it be art or champion concepts, and I can tell you that they are complete dog shit and absolutely terrible. That is the greatest advice I can give someone, go look at your past work that you done with any creative work, compare it with your current stuff and you see the improvements immensely.
It is different being harsh on yourself and because we creative people are so harsh on ourselves we do not need others to be harsh on us as well. Instead, encourage and be positive, make sure the person knows that there are kind people out there that like their work. Over time, they are going to get crazy good at their passion projects and creative works, not your job to judge or bring them down when the opposite actually makes good things come out of it. This does not mean you do not provide feedback to help them improve, but you want to make sure the atmosphere is always positive to make sure they are always going to want to be creative. The more creativity we have in the world, then others benefit because we get cool and unique ideas and products out of it.
I am stopping. I keep on just going on and need to end.
Hope you all enjoyed this post and once more I am sorry for my bad behaviour and please forgive me everyone! Time to leave off with my favourite sticker! [sg-kiko]
