Passive: takes 90% reduced damage unless hard CCed. Takes 10% of max health in true damage with each attack in addition to 100% damage if hard CCed.
Q: dash backwards 600 units. If this ability hits enemy champion, they are stunned for 1 second and take 5-20% of their max hp in true damage based on level. If cast while nibbling eneny champions feet, proceeds to dash under water with enemy champion making both untargetable and unable to attack for 1 second. Enemy takes an additional 10% current hp in true damage.
W: Turn 1000-2000 units of lane into river based on level. You gain bonus movement speed in river and can dive in river to pop up in a 800 unit range after 2 seconds or after ability is activated again after .5 seconds. Untargetable while underwater. If cast on empty river, scuttle heals for 20% hp. If cast on minion you pop up and bring it under water to eat it and then is returned to starting position. If cast on enemy champion you nibble their feet slowing them by 66% for 2 seconds.
E: Dashes forward in a headbutt. Deals 10% of scuttle king's max hp as true damage and bounces off. Can hit, damage, and bounce off multiple enemy champions. Max of 6 bounces.
R: calls all alive neutral scuttles to aid Scuttle. Neutral scuttles become clones of Scuttle King. Scuttle kings clones use abilities randomly but always take full damage from auto attacks.
