Bad Katarina Concept [By a Kat main!]

Remove her R, since her q's preparation, and her w, out dmg it, and instead make it so her r instantly activates her passive. This is a shitty idea, and I hope it's never implemented, but it popped into my head so i decided to post it :b. And to the mod who deleted this before, Netherdrake, it is an ability rework concept, and therefore belongs in Concepts and Creations. I mean c'mon, that might as well be common sense. Concepts, of ANY KIND, may be posted here, as stated here, on the Concepts and Creations page - "Think you've got a great new skin or champ idea up your sleeve? Baked a sweet League-theme cake? Drawn a sublime masterpiece you'd like to share with others? Whatever you've cooked up, Concepts & Creations is the place to share and get feedback on your latest League creations and concepts."
Please, read the provided information before you try to correct behavior, this is allowed to be in Concepts and Creations, stop removing it, I'm submitting a ticket informing Riot that one of their moderators keeps deleting my post, despite it being in the correct section.

Hey darkcastkiller,

I wanted to pop in and clarify a little bit as to why your discussion was removed previously.

The Concepts & Creations boards are meant for new or original content such as ideas for new champions/skins and any other League related content such as videos, art, etc.

When it comes to existing champions and and ability reworks/changes we refer and urge players to make discussions in the Gameplay and Balance boards as it pertains more towards game balance.

In the end we just want your discussions to be in the most applicable boards.

For now, feel free to leave this discussion here or delete it and repost it in the Gamplay and Balance boards, but for future reference a discussion of this type is more suited for Gameplay.

Lets rework the only ability that still makes her Katarina... i vote for it to be deleted again.
