Pool Party Skins 2016 suggestion.

Illaoi - Carries around a flotation device that lets out air. Her tentacles are pool floater stick things.

Bard - Meeps are little water balloons. Q is a splash of water. W is water balloon that fills over time. E is a sun shaped entrance.

Orianna - Ball is a beach ball. W makes sand markings on the ground. R makes the ball a "Sprinkler".

Jarvan IV - Water particles and sunglasses. Ult creates a pool with water inside.

Sivir - Throws Frisbees. Ult trail leaves sandy footprints.

Hey SurJhin I like your ideas! Particularly because when we have open ideation sessions these are the kind of 'hooks' that we think about. If we can come up with ideas that fit perfectly for a bunch of abilities and really resonate with the champion we feel like we're onto something valuable. It's a great way to support skin suggestions.

Every time we talk about Pool Party (which happens a lot) we inevitably bring up pool noodles. I can't believe we have 10 pool party skins and not a single pool noodle! How did this happen? Also since Illaoi's release we have been throwing around ideas for her tentacles. My favourite is from a Rioter named Kyle who stops by my desk each morning to make a crazy suggestion (he pitched Meowkai to me back in 2013) who came up with 'Used Car Salesman Illaoi' that would have those wacky waving arm inflatable tube guys as her tentacles.

Pool Party Zyra - so many possibilities with this.

Her ranged plant could be a sunflower, with sunglasses of course, squirting water.

Her melee plant could be the ever-mentioned pool noodle thwacking people.

Her E, instead of vines, could be some of those floating lane separators tangling people up.

Her ult could involve throwing down plastic kiddy pool that expands and the pop-up would be water of course.

Why did they have to give her an Academy skin? Now it's another excuse to not create it.

Pool Party Lissandra - Particles can either be water or sand. Ult traps people in giant inflatable toys. :3 Pool Party Elise - Spiderlings are water balloons. Cocoon is a glob of sunscreen. In spider form, each leg has a floaty/water wing. :3

Pool Party Lissandra is my dream skin.

(This would obviously be her Legend skin but..)

Lissandra would wear a long, dark blue sun dress and a large black sun hat with a blue ribbon. Her ice crystals that she stands on and moves with would be replaced with a sand castle that would form towers as she moved.

Passive, when used would cause the ribbon to untie. When it readies, the ends of the ribbon would retie into a bow.

Q, would be a thrown, closed beach umbrella that would open if a target was hit to extend the range.

W, would be a poofing area of sand, if a champ was hit it would trigger a beach chair to snap on their legs for the root.

E, would pop up three standing surf-boards and send them sliding in a straight direction, tapping E again would cause her to tp.

R, would create a circle of sand. The sand castle at her feet would then grow to full size, covering her. Casting on an enemy would cause the sand circle to appear but instead of a castle, a port-a-potty would pop up and encase the champ.

Her backing animation would raise a small wooden shack around her with "Rentals" written over it. It'd have a surf board on one side, umbrella's and chairs on the other. Liss would walk up to the window/bar of the shack and put a shovel and pail on one side. She'd then pick up a rag and start cleaning the counter and humming happily as she backs.

Beach Bum Yorick

Seriously, his tattered hood thing already looks like the stereotypical beach bum/surfer bro shaggy hair style!

Dark tan skin, swimming trunks and tank top, flip flops.

His shovel is a giant plastic beach shovel/spade.

Not sure about the lantern...

Q: Ghoul wearing classic Hawaiian stuff - straw hat; flowery, unbuttoned shirt; holding a coconut cup with straw and umbrella

W: Ghoul wearing a tiki mask and hula skirt

I think Gragas and Corki will look amazing with water ability effects. (P.S. I really want to see Gragas in bathsuit and Corki with float (like these with the duck head) instead of plane.
