Spoink, the Hextech Frog
"Little adjustments here, a little tuning there and... DONE! Here is the rise of my greatest creation, Spoink! What was just a regular old frog is now a real work horse!" ~ The Genius Yordle
Spoink was once just a regular old frog, until a certain genius and infamous yordle came along and enhanced him... with a little hextech frog suit that is! Now he is a real killing machine... well actually Spoink is someone that loves to serve, and be a little bit of a hero as well, this hextech suit also acts as a communicator and voice translator so he can speak in a basic language that humans and yordles can understand.
Should point out Spoink is about the same size as a yordle, maybe just a hair shorter, even though yordles are still very small creatures this is still gigantic to what we are used to in our earthly world. Runeterra also has giant frogs, such as Gromp, as well as tiny frogs that even we are used to; it is a magical world with much to explore and wonders galore!
Spoink is a play making, melee, support-mage. He hops all over the place to really get around the map quickly, hops into the fray of battle for #LCSBigPlays, and hops to the rescue of his allies! This is no longer any ordinary frog, but indeed a super special super hero frog! Finally an experimental hextech suit that actually works (and doesn't create roasted frog) that Hei.... I mean the genius yordle created!
Spoink is going to be played more like a support-assassin actually, specifically a neutralizer where he has the tools to get to his target and make them non-existent rather than be about damage, he instead just has a lot of utility in his kit.
Basic Attack Range: 250 units [long ranged melee attacker with a long tongue] Base Attack Speed: 0.525 +4% per level Movement: 350 units per second
REMINDER: Disarms is disabling the target's basic attack, only Amumu's ultimate has this currently.
Sticky Tongue (Passive): Tether Range: 250 units Spoink's basic attack sticks to his target until his next attack, tongue or lick ability, or the target moves to far away, disarming the target while his tongue is attached to it.
Lifeform Hop (Q): Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana; Range: 750 + 250 units Passive: Every half-second Sticky Tongue is attached to an enemy champion or epic monster heals Spoink for 5/10/15/20/25(+15%AP) health.
Active: Spoink hops on the target ally or enemy minion or champion and hops off of them a short distance. Enemies are stunned for 1.25 seconds while allies are healed for 60/85/110/135/160(+100%AP) health.
Quick Maneuvering (W): Cooldown: 20/17/14/11/8 seconds; Cost: 60 mana; Range: 500 units Passive: Whenever a nearby [3000 units] allied champion is damaged by an enemy champion then this cooldown is reduced by 2 seconds.
Active: Spoink hops over the target terrain and gains 100% bonus movement speed that decays over 2 seconds, increased to 200% bonus movement speed when moving towards allied champions.
Replenishing Lick (E): Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 900 units Spoink quickly blasts his tongue in the target direction dealing 120/170/220/270/320(+120%AP) magic damage, silencing for 2 seconds, and granting himself 10/15/20/25/30 bonus ability power for 5 seconds for every enemy champion struck.
Replenishing Lick cannot execute struck enemies if no allied champions are nearby [1400 units], if an allied champion is nearby then the kill credit goes to the closest allied champion and heals the target and Spoink for 10/15/20/25/30(+10%AP) health for every execute granted.
Shock Tongue (R): Cooldown: 130/100/70 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana; Range: 600 units Spoink electrifies the target enemy champion suppressing it in place for 2/2.5/3 seconds.
(Replenishing Lick because Spoink operates mostly on magic, also has a potential to heal mostly from setting up the minion wave and having Spoink finish off the entire wave with one giant lick to heal both himself and the allied champion that he is with, but the idea is you drain magic away from the target (silence) and restores it for yourself for a short time (bonus ability power). The damage is really high to help with the execution process as a support and because he has a very low damage kit, with this being his only damaging ability.)
