Xii, the Ancient Guardian
Xii [skee] is actually the 12th unit created among the an ancient civilization thousands of years old, technology is very advanced and extinct, created in a time with ingenious technology and magic. Xii is a sentry and a guardian, the last of its kind, still protecting the city of old that it was programmed to protect. Yet, is there still life hidden somewhere within... or below? If so, then perhaps the ancient civilization isn't quite extinct after all if Xii is still trying to protect something, but asking a machine created out of old anti-magic marble does not really get you answers - just what we assume is the language of the ancient race.
We have been teaching Xii how to speak our basic language, and it has paid off, unfortunately it still is not allowed to give us the answers that we seek. This may just prove that the ancient race is still out there, somewhere, in some form, but there is no possible way to know for sure unless we keep searching, but they could be anywhere at this point and we have no idea what they may even look like even if we found someone of old - we don't even know how long one used to live back in the day. All we have is this little powerful, sentry guardian and a blank slate to where we could possibly find this ancient race, if they still exist that is.
Xii is a support, with low mobility, but can pack quite the punch especially when it deploys itself into its turret mode. Xii always hovers about, unless deployed to unleash its powerful arsenal of weaponry and fire power, this damage is what scares off its foes from getting near of what it is meant to protect.
Basic Attack Range: 425 / 700/725/750/775 units Attack Speed: 0.677 +3.3% per level Movement: 340 units per second
Laser Bullets (Passive): Xii's attacks slow struck enemies by 80% for 0.25 second. Xii's attacks can stop enemy dashes.
While Xii is deployed his attack range massively increases, loses his ability to move, his attack speed is set and capped at 5.000 attacks per second, and only deals 12-50(+10%AP) magic damage. Xii cannot apply on-hit effects while deployed.
Lock-On (Q): Cooldown: 30/25/20/15/10/5 seconds; Cost: 80 mana; Range: 1200 units Xii locks onto the target enemy champion for the next 3 seconds. All nearby friendly projectiles will hit the locked on target, even if the target becomes untargetable.
Xii's attacks against the locked on target deal 20/30/40/50/60/70% of the damage converted to true damage.
Paralyze (W): Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11/10 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 850 units Xii fires a blast of energy in the target direction dealing 80/120/160/200/240/280(+50%AP) magic damage and stunning for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds against the first enemy struck.
Mode: Protect (E): Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8/7 seconds; Cost: 80 Mana; Range: 600 units Passive: Xii's attacks heal the most wounded allied champion for 30/45/60/75/90(+30%AP) health, one-third healing while deployed.
Active: Xii shields himself and nearby allies for 60/80/100/120/140/160(+60%AP) health for 3 seconds. If Xii was deployed then this shield's power doubles.
Deploy (R): Cooldown: 9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 25/20/15/10 Mana per second; Automatically Levels @1/6/11/16 Toggle: Xii deploys itself.
