A Fiddlesticks rework concept I think I wrote a few years ago.
Found it in an old notepad file. Not much in the way of numbers or specifics, just a general idea.

Passive: Looming Terror

While standing still outside of combat, Fiddlesticks gains Looming Terror after 1.5 seconds, increasing his basic attack range and the cast range on Eyes in the Darkness. Looming Terror will continue to build as Fiddlesticks stands still, further increasing his range over an additional 2.5 seconds.
If Fiddlesticks performs a basic attack with Looming Terror, he dashes behind his attack target, dealing bonus Magic Damage and causing them and any nearby monsters to flee for a short duration.
If Fiddlesticks moves without attacking, Looming Terror goes on a reduced cooldown.
While Fiddlesticks has Looming Terror, he can see over walls within his attack range.

Q: Dread Harvest
Low Cooldown
Active: Fiddlesticks swings his sickle in a broad arc, dealing Magic Damage to enemies in front of him and reducing their Magic Resist for 5 seconds, stacking up to 6 times.
Enemies that are stricken with fear will gain three stacks per hit.

W: Soul Drain
Active: Fiddlesticks tethers himself to an enemy unit for up to 5 seconds, dealing Magic Damage per half-second while the tether holds. The damage dealt per tick gradually increases if Fiddlesticks doesn't move while tethered, but resets to the base value if he moves.
While tethered to an enemy, Fiddlesticks will heal himself for a portion of any damage he inflicts to his tethered victim, increased by 1% for every 1% of his own missing Health.
If the target dies while the tether holds, the remaining duration is refunded from Soul Drain's cooldown.

E: Eyes in the Darkness
Active: Fiddlesticks dispatches a crow to the target location, where it sits watch for a duration after a brief arm time. Crows will stealth if placed in brushes or near walls.
If an enemy steps near the crow, it calls its murder to swarm within a small radius for 2 seconds after a brief delay, dealing Magic Damage to all nearby enemies over the duration and Grounding them.
If an enemy champion triggers Eyes in the Darkness, the cooldown on Looming Terror is refreshed.

R: Crowstorm
Active: Fiddlesticks channels for 1.5 seconds before calling upon a murder of crows that begins to swarm all around him for a short time, dealing Magic Damage per quarter-second to enemies caught within it.
Crowstorm's duration will pause while Fiddlesticks is dashing using Looming Terror.
