Can we be able to buy that Stat-Stick of Stoicism in the practice tool?

Under the Item Sets menu in the client, at the very bottom, is an item called the Stat-Stick of Stoicism.

I'm not sure what it's there for, since it's not buyable in any current game mode (and isn't realistically buyable in most standard games anyway), but I REALLY want to mess around with it just for the silly numbers.

I wish all items were purchasable in the practice tool :/ and custom games if that could happen too

I would love all the items were available at least in pbe to test it in the practice tool or custom games to have fun with friends xD*[galio-happy]*
