Item Concept: Zephyr's Horn

Zephyr's Horn Cost: 2800 Builds out of item 1058 + item 3113 + 700 gold 100 AP 7% Movement Speed Zephyr's Strength: Every 10% Cooldown Reduction also adds 25% Critical Strike Chance. Zephyr's Reversal: Critical Strike Chance only applies to magic damage.

This is just a test name because I couldn't think of anything else and I miss Zephyr. The idea is that you'll build this and your spells will be able to crit, but your auto attacks won't. You might think it'd be overpowered but you have to build CDR, and as a mage it's hard to find a build path that will actually give you 40% CDR easily. You'd need to either be a Nashor's Tooth user, or build 4 of these item 3100 item 2065 item 3285 item 3905 item 3152 item 3157 item 3102 item 3003 if you still want Sorc Shoes. Seems like a lot of choices, but most champions don't build Lich Bane, Shurelya's, Twin Shadows or Protobelt, so you'd either have to start or build item 3285 item 3157 item 3102 item 3003. Thing is if you do this you can't build Void Staff/Rabadon's.

One thing I thought of that might be interesting is Kayle building it. Crits on Nashor's would obviously be weaker than a normal ADC's autos but it might be pretty neat, but again she'd have to sacrifice some of her core build most likely to make use of it. I think prime users of the item would be champions like Kayle though. Other champions might actually be able to start using Nashor's with it though. I'd love to see TF start building Nashor's and making use of his E. Ahri, Velkoz, and other true damage mages wouldn't be able to use this AS effectively because of having true damage in their kit though.

One thought is Diana might run a little too rampant with this.

Item seems cheap but 100 AP is like 2175 and 7% movespeed added with it makes it up to 2451 so it's actually kind of expensive for it's stats.

Karthus with 40% CDR presses R and deals 1100 (+150% AP) magic damage to the enemy team.

The Cooldown conversion into Crit Chance needs to be tuned down a little.

You can easily get 40% CDR early. Trancendence (+10%), Ionian Boots of Lucidity (+10%), Lost Chapter (+10%), Fiendish Codex (+10%).

That's one hell of an early powerspike for some AP user's. As much as I like the idea, I don't think giving every AP user's abilities to Crit is a good idea, considering we already have a lot of damage in the game.

The easy way to tune this down would be making spell crits do halved bonus damage. Also, how does a spell crit, per cast or per target hit?
