Tessa, the Arcane Warrior
Hello, I would just like to thank everyone who is taking the time to read this. I would like to introduce Tessa!
Homeland - Noxus Class - Mage / Assassin Build - AP
I will now list powers (names will be listed below).
Passive:
Tessa has two different basic attacks. Getting in close with her twin-blade allows her to attack with melee, but standing from afar allows her to attack with ranged.
Note: Every 5th hit of the same attack (range or melee) will trigger a burst of extra damage on the target.
New Passive: When Tessa's health drops below 20% she cloaks with magic making her unseen for 1.5 seconds
Q - Tessa fires a bolt of magic that roots her target.
Scaling: Mana Cost - 50/55/60/65/70 Range: 1250 Damage: 95/135/175/215/255 + 65% of AP Root: 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 Cooldown: 8.5
W - Tessa's spins a circle cutting all enemies around her, after an enemy is hit they are apply with magical burn.
Magical Burn - deals more damage over time to the target.
Scaling:
Mana Cost: 65/75/85/95/105
Range: 750
Damage: 70/130/190/250/310 + 50% of AP
Magical Burn: 20/30/40/50/60 + 20% of AP
Cooldown: 10.5 seconds
E - Tessa throws a mirror copy of her twin-blade at a target. Tessa can reactivate this ability to teleport to the target. However, she is not immune to disables whilst teleporting. (This may be used on allies)
Scaling: Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Range: 975 Damage (first hit): 30/40/50/60/70 + 50% of AP Damage (second hit): 50/70/90/110/130 + 60% of AP Cooldown: 9.5 seconds
R - Tessa extends her blade with magical energies that sweeps out in front of her in a sweeping arc this happens twice per ult, left (x1) to right (x1).
Scaling: Mana: 150 Range: 1075 Damage (left slash): 120/140/160 + 50% of AP Damage (right slash): 140/170/200 + 60% of AP Cooldown: 80 seconds
