Just put Teemo into a red unitard that has an opening for just his face with built in horns and tail
and his stick is a trident and he shoots mini fireballs
his shrooms can be charred skulls and crossbones and when someone activates it, it has a mini explosion?

I know several people call Teemo Satan. I have also seen people I don't know type it into chat. I think this skin is fitting because of what some of the player base calls him. It doesn't matter what his lore is. A skin does not come from the Champions lore at all from what I can tell.
That wouldnt go well with his lore as Teemo is actually a good guy. He is sort of like Rambo. He is good guy ,but killing machine if needed.
The idea of a Teemo skin resembling Satan has been discussed ad nauseam, and he doesn't need another skin when there are so many other more relevant champions lacking a diverse skin collection.
