Basically this is Riots way of teasing the themed releases for the future. Just look at the battle cast skins as an example of this
Well, we will be getting another batch of pool party skins soon, as they come out each summer. So odds are Zac will finally get his second skin. Might even get lucky and get a Chroma to go with it, so that we have 6 different colors of blob!
They could at least tell us why they can't add this zac skin

I feel like his next skin is taking time either because it's a Pool Party skin that is prepared for this summer or because it's a Legendary skin (perhaps he'll finally get a suit!).

Lol Everyone who is trippin over this needs to chill, Riot is oviously going to add the Pool Party Zac skin this summer, just be patient. If they don't by this summer, then we all start trippin and riot the Riot headquarters, no?

this splash was like last year guys and it wasn't as long since his release but yes he does need a new skin and this could be really cool
