Maybe the heart is actually symbolism. You can't get the arrow that goes through a heart like the cupid thing, so maybe they're trying to infer that they shot Teemo with the missing arrow? That makes far more sense to me.

I wonder how often they have to get paint fixed from key damage. Or have mushrooms placed under their tires at least. I'd definitely surround the car w/ little mushrooms if I knew someone who had that plate :D

You can't really tell since my windshield is so dirty (thanks based trees around my house that drip resin on my truck), but the car was a little weathered on the sides like they had a few trade paints or what have you. Maybe they DO get a little key damage here and there, who knows?
