Never done this before so I could be wrong, but wouldn't that be a bit stupid? Seeing as how he's the god of laning and there really isn't much counter to him in lane, wouldn't you want him in lane?

Here's the thing... Sion isn't a jungle. Neither is Yorick. However, Sion has much higher gank potential than Yorick. But Yorick's ghouls do help him block damage, and help him fight or flee to safety if needed for early game. His ghouls are also helpful for ganking. Meanwhile Sion's stacks aren't reduced for being forced into jungle. So... I mean... either way it would work. Sion is a god in lane. Last time I checked he was actually god tier top lane, even with his ridiculous and unnecessary nerf (the most notable being his reduction of pass-through damage from 50% to 30%, total BS).

Sion is much stronger than Yorick in the jungle right now, he doesn't need the same amount of gold because he gets Cinderhulk bonus+W bonus stacking together.

Better than no trade. Besides I'm not saying they literally have to all die THEN kill you, just saying that they have a back-up plan just in case some of them die.

I'd yorrick ult the karth, personally. Kog should be able to stay far enough back, but karthus goes right in, and gets a good bit of extra time from yorrick ult.

2 kog'maws is much more devastating then 1 karthus doing spells and one karthus waiting for the other karthus to die.

No. You Yorick ult yourself or an ADC for the extra damage (: Or a tank if you want to destroy a tower before backing. Depends on the situation. Or as a short term revive on a situational front.
