Isabella, the Balanced Blade
Hi, so, this is a new idea of a champion I am pretty excited about presenting! Without any further delay, here is Isabella, the Balanced Blade.

Class: Assassin

What is different about Isabella?
So, Isabella is a champion that is able to adapt very well in different situations and allows different play styles to fill the title of assassin. (This can be seen in her kit below). Isabella can be a champion that likes to go head-to-head against people or she can attack from a distance with deadly traps then striking with brutal force. Additionally, her ultimate changes to fit the chosen play style of that game. You can be someone that enjoys killing adcs and/or tanks, or you can be someone that likes hunting weary prey (take a look at the abilities to catch my meaning).
Abilities:
Passive: Wayward Destiny
Isabella has two fates set before her. At level 6, she is allowed to choose her destiny. Destinies change her ulimate ability and add effects to her abilities.
Pre-6: Isabella gains bonus experience points from clashes with champions and killing minions (not jg).
Destiny 1: Pureblood Assassin
Dagger-based abilities ignore 15% of her target's defenses and gain a 10% lowered cooldown.
Ultimate changed to: Destiny's shears.
Destiny 2: Trapmaster
Trap-based abilities deal 20% more damage and gain 10% spellvamp.
Ultimate changed to: Elemental Mines

Q: Snakebite (Dagger-based)
(This ability is sorta re-vamped from another idea of mine to fit Isabella more perfectly)
Range: 650
Mana: 50/55/60/65/70
Isabella lunges forwards to strike her target, dealing 100/130/160/190/220 (+80% AD) physical damage to her target.
D1: Isabella now disarms her target for 1.5 seconds (disarm is a type of CC that removes the ability to auto attack for a set amount of time, similar to blind).
D2: Isabella poisons her daggers to make the bite dig deeper (ignores 15% of target's armor).
Cooldown: 5/4/3 seconds

W: Caltrops (Trap-based)
Range: 650
Isabella drops a trap that enters stealth after its 1 second activation. Upon being activated by minions or champions, it will explode for AoE damage worth 40/60/80/100/120 (+60% AP) magical damage and leave caltrops littering the area. These deal 20/25/30/35/40 (+30% AD) physical damage as a bleed effect for every caltrop stepped on. There are 8 caltrops (in a circle). Traps last 80 seconds.
D1: Caltrops shred armor worth 4/5/6% at levels 1/3/5 of the ability.
D2: Instead of a ring of caltrops, the explosion now releases a poisonous gas cloud that poisons enemies in the area with a % health DoT. The cloud will remain for 4 seconds, enemies who remain / enter this space again will be poisoned again.
Cooldown: 30/15/5 seconds.
Can carry 2 traps, allowed 10 activate traps.

E: Hook and Tackle (Trap-based) / (Dagger-based)
Range: 1000
Mana: 80 (all levels)
Isabella tosses forth a hook tied to a rope, upon striking a target or terrain, she will gain the chance to yank herself forwards. The hook deals 30/40/50/60/70 (+50% AD) physical upon hitting a target.
Terrain: Isabella yanks herself forwards, upon landing she gains a 30% movement speed if moving towards an enemy champion.
Enemy: Isabella yanks herself towards the target, striking as she lands for an additional 40/60/80/100/120 (+55% AD) physical damage.
D1: Hook and Tackle gains 250 range units and will slow the target by 40-50% for 2 seconds.
D2: Hook and Tackle no longer costs mana and stuns the target for 1 second.
Cooldown: 8/6/4 seconds

R: Destiny's Shears (Dagger-based) or Elemental Mines (Trap-based)
DS
Range: 650
Mana: 100
Isabella dashes back and forth upon a medium sized group of enemies, gaining increased damage for each target struck up to an additional 250 damage. She gains 25 (+30% AD) physical for each target hit. The ability deals 200/300/400 (+55% AD) physical damage.
EM
Range: 850
Mana: 100
Isabella tosses 10/12/15 elemental mines of random power. The elemental mines can deal Frost, Fire, or Storm damage.
Frost: Slows the targets hit by 10% per frost mine.
Fire: Targets are ignited for 50/75/100 (+25% AP) magical damage per mine.
Storm: Targets are paralyzed for 1.5 second if hit by 3 or more storm mines.
Mines fire out in a wide, horizontal line (like Cass W).
Cooldown (both): 135/100/65 seconds

Lore
Isabella was born on the outskirts of Demacia in a small agrarian society known as Eteria. She was raised by her mother, a skilled Demacian tinker, and her father, a retired assassin of Noxus. Life on the farm wasn't always the easiest or most rewarding lifestyle, especially not when located so close to a city of great power. Her family was heavily taxed and ordered to share eighty or more percent of their crops each harvest, which left little food for her family. Isabella can still remember the many hungry nights she spent in her room as she listened to wind howl outside her window. But, her parents were determined to teach her their trades, and that they would.
By the age of 6, she could create small, harmless powder bombs filled with flour and she could hide herself remarkably well in the shadows of her family's farm. Her parents were over-joyed to see their daughter taking so well to her teachings, but while young Isabella appeared to be enjoying life, she was dreading it. Some would think it strange for a child to be aware of her family's difficulties and struggles, but if you were Isabella, it would just seem... normal. It was normal for her to know that it was because of Demacia that she was hungry. It was normal for her to hear her father swear death on the King, and for her mother to try to still his raging hatred. She can still hear the words her father would yell every harvest ringing through her mind as if she were reliving the event everyday of her life, "People of power will always upset the balance of life. Why work when you can bully peasants like me and steal the fruits of our labor? It is up to people like me and my own to restore that balance, one way or another..." By this wasn't even close to be the most detrimental event in the young lady's life.
It was at the age of 15, when she was beginning to come into her looks, that her mother, kind and graceful, fell ill. It was a strange and horrible sickness that covered her mother in dark, swelling blisters and flushed the color from her flesh. No healer, both near and far, could find a cure for her mother's illness. Her father tried his best to calm Isabella, but that really included having her tend the farm, play with pup, or busy herself with her studies. But nothing ever seemed to cure Isabella of her heavy heart, not even the waving tail of her pup as he licked her and snuggled up close against her heart.
Isabella's mother eventually passed late into Isabella's 16th birthday. A day that was suppose to be filled with splendor and happiest, turned sour and bitter with sorrow as they dressed black and went to bless her mother's grave. Only Isabella didn't cry, not a single tear, but how could she cry if she's been doing that her whole life? Isabella accepted the fact that happiness and love weren't meant for people for like her, and it was only three years later, that that fact became her life's saying.
Isabella returned home after a walk with her pup, now a healthy and able dog, only to find a horror scene before her eyes. Bright and bold flames licked the sky, filling it with a dark cloud of smoke. She nearly collapsed as every slowed around her. The ashes of home fell around like dirty snow and the flames kissed at her face like some affectionate lover. It was right here and now that Isabella was ready for everything to end, to just let the flames consume her and have wind blow away her ashes. She would have let it, if she had heard the clanging of a well-dressed soldier in the distance.
Her head whirled in the direction of the noise, her eyes slit like razors as she drank him in. Without a second thought, Isabella moved on him. Drawing nothing more than a handful of caltrops and the blades her father gave her on her 18th birthday, she let her heart control her, for the first time in a very long time. She heard the man holler meaningless commands at her as she drew nearer, but she was numb. The only thing she felt were the blades in her and the only thing she heard were her caltrops as she sliced through the air... and man's horrified screams as her contraptions and blades struck home.
When Isabella laid eyes on her blade, she smiled at the dark, glistening liquid that covered them before disappearing into the dark of night.
Nearly three years later, rumors were heard of a young and beautiful woman that caused trouble for nobles with obnoxious and, mostly, fatal contraptions. Similar rumors were heard of the woman assassinating Princes and Princesses, and murdering whole parties of nobles with lighting quick speed.
Some people say she the child of Nora and Markus Lightwood, and thought of a Lightwood assassin on the prowl is a thought to be feared. To those that believe otherwise, Isabella always leaves a common saying at every scene.
