I'm making a skin concept for him for fun, and I want it to be a more, human Urgot riding a machine rather than a dismembered part machine Urgot. So what's most iconic to the actual upper body of Urgot? I'd say personally, the face mask and the gauntlet.

- Enormous mechanical gun arm.
- Giant grinder stomach.

I was thinking the lower half is either a bug or a squid. Which devours things on the ult, while Urgot himself sits on top in a basket or just loose.

Arakadia1 votesFor human urgot, the face mask. The grinder stomach won't translate as a mouth for your concept, and the gun arm can be replaced with any form of non-integrated weaponry.

That's why they're the defining feature of his upper body for both version of his iterations.
To some extent, his pale skin, and I don't mean just light skin, I mean pale in the sense his skin looks like it's sickly pale or from a pale dead body, is also an iconic defining trait of his upper body.

His lower body is defined by his machine spider legs.
Arakadia1 votesSickly pale skin is important to classic Urgot but its not at all important for recognizing him in game. Most of his skins don't follow this, but are still recognizable as Urgot because it really isn't that defining.
