Riot can we get a AP Mage who is Manaless?

Would love to see a AP mage who is a CD based champ but is a MAGE not an assassin.

Something like a Arcane Void Mage

Where like Q and E are spells on a 6-8s CD and W changes Q and E to a Void version and Resets the CD on Q or E. W CD is like 10s

Arcane spells does knock back stuff and Void does pull type stuff.
