Rose Mail item 3075 + item 1006 + item 1006 + 400 Gold = 3050 Gold +100 Armor +100% Base Health Regen. UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks against the user will return magic damage against the attacker equal to 15% of the damage taken (before reductions) plus an additional 25% of the user's bonus armor. Active- Bloody Rose: For the next 4.5 seconds, basic attacks against this item's user will apply Grievous Wounds to the attacker for 2 seconds. (60 second cool down)

The Courage Blade item 3091 + item 1042 + item 1042 + 600 Gold = 3700 Gold +40 Magic Resist +65% Attack Speed UNIQUE Passive- Courage Blade: Your basic attacks deal bonus magic damage equal to 30% of the target's unmodified magic resist (minimum of 45 bonus magic damage) and steal 6 magic resist from the target for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.

I created upgraded versions of currently for the most part underused items.

They're underused because they're niche picks meant to counter specific situations, not because they're bad items. If you don't see them, it's because the situation hasn't come up or because people are too stupid to adapt their builds.
