Support Items Concept
I just would like more items for supports mainly just to customize each other's personal tastes and play styles better.
I am making item concepts for: ~ The utility mages with heals and shields ~ The utility mages that help their team without the use of heals and shields ~ The crowd control heavy mages can have more rewards for landing their crowd control ~ The damage supports to have cool items that are very weak on their own and strong when working with your team ~ The shield/heal tanks get some love (melee only for no ranged champion abuse, don't want tank jannas and sorakas) ~ The general support-tanks get some love as well, emphasis on team play rather than making themselves super beefy
Blessed Staff: Recipe: Blasting Wand (850g) + Blasting Wand (850g) + Forbidden Idol (800g) + 300g = 2800g
Statistics: +80 Ability Power +100% Base Mana Regen +10% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive: 10% Shield and Heal Power +UNIQUE Passive - White Mage: Deal 30% less damage. +UNIQUE Passive: When near at least 2 allied champions gain 160 bonus ability power.
Heroic Stave: Recipe: Forbidden Idol (800g) + Aether Wisp (850g) + Amplifying Tome (435g) + 415g = 2500g
Statistics: +60 Ability Power +50% Base Mana Regen +10% Cooldown Reduction +10% Movement Speed +UNIQUE Active: Dash to the target allied champion, cooldown reduces to one-third if the target was below 40% health, and heal the target for 60-400 health based on the target's level (180 seconds cooldown). [Range: 2000 units]
Time Pendent: Recipe: Sapphire Crystal (350g) + Fiendish Codex (900g) + Amplifying Tome (435g) + 615g = 2300g
Statistics: +60 Ability Power +600 Mana +20% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Active - Time Travel: 50% of damage that nearby allied champions took in the last 2.5 seconds becomes healed (30 seconds cooldown).
Frozen Watch: Recipe: Aether Wisp (850g) + Glacial Shroud (1000g) + 250g = 2100g
Statistics: +40 Ability Power +30 Armor +300 Mana +10% Cooldown Reduction +10% Movement Speed +UNIQUE Passive - Accelerated Time: Upon granting an allied champion bonus movement speed or attack speed they gain 30-70 health steal on-hit as magic damage based on the target's level for 6 seconds.
Control Wand (Ranged Only): Recipe: Fiendish Codex (900g) + Mana Crystal (350g) + Amplifying Tome (435g) + 415g = 2100g
Statistics: +60 Ability Power +300 Mana +20% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks against enemy champions and epic monsters restore 5% missing health and mana, can occur against the same target once every 5 seconds. Executes against enemy minions disable this passive for 8 seconds. +UNIQUE Passive: Inflicting crowd control, excluding slows, against enemy champions heals nearby allied champions around you for 10-180 health based on the target's level (5 seconds cooldown).
Rabadon's Stop Watch (Ranged Only): Recipe: Blasting Wand (850g) + Fiendish Codex (900g) + 300g = 2100g
Statistics: +80 Ability Power +10% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive - Stopped Time: Your crowd control durations are increased by 30%, but you deal 30% less damage against enemy champions currently under crowd control.
(These items are ranged only because melee champions usually will have more crowd control and/or easier to apply crowd control than ranged champions. Control Wand (not to be confused with Control Ward) does not trigger with slows since slows are too easy to apply, also I want this item on mages that actually have crowd control in their kits and not abuse this item by simply buying Rylai's Crystal Scepter - and yes silences, grounds, stops, and blinds do count as crowd control.)
Twin Masks: Recipe: Haunting Guise (1500g) + 600g = 2100g
Statistics: +30 Ability Power +400 Health +UNIQUE Passive - Eyes of Pain: 15 Magic Penetration +UNIQUE Passive - Double Trouble: Upon inflicting magic damage you mark enemies with Torment for 1.5 seconds.
Mark of Torment: Allied champion basic attacks consume Torment and deal 20% of the pre-mitigated magic damage dealt to the target as bonus true damage.
(Based on the last instance of magic damage dealt to the target, so if the last source of damage was a 200 magic damage nuke before resistances apply and if an ALLIED CHAMPION basic attacks the target, the mark is consumed, and deals 40 bonus true damage (20% of the pre-mitigated damage dealt). So values do not stack, it only applies whatever the last magic damage the user did to the target (each instance of magic damage applies a new/different mark of Torment which replaces the old mark).)
Blood Mask: Recipe: Haunting Guise (1500g) + 600g = 2100g
Statistics: +30 Ability Power +250 Health +10% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive - Eyes of Pain: 15 Magic Penetration +UNIQUE Passive - Blood Magic: Upon inflicting spell damage against enemies causes them to Bleed for up to 3 seconds.
Bleeding: Allied champion basic attacks stop the Bleed and are healed between 8% to 1% of the target's maximum health, decreasing in value based on how long the target bled for (maximum 60 health against monsters).
Cow Bell (Melee Only): Recipe: Forbidden Idol (800g) + Glacial Shroud (1000g) + 500g = 2300g
Statistics: +80 Armor +400 Mana +100% Base Mana Regen +20% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive - Special Milk: 10% Shield and Heal Power. Increased to 100% Shield and Heal Power for 1 second whenever you take champion or epic monster damage.
(Technically it is just shield and heal power, so supports like Nautilus and Blitzcrank can buy this as well for their self-shields - obviously intended for more of the likes of Alistar, Taric, and Ivern who actually have team heals and shields.)
The Guardian's Shield (Melee Only): Recipe: Chain Vest (800g) + Chain Vest (800g) + 500g = 2100g
Statistics: +100 Armor +UNIQUE Passive - Hand of the Guardian: Your shields and heals against allied champions grant them (+40%Armor) bonus armor and (+40%MR) bonus magic resistance for 4 seconds.
Nature's Bulwark: Recipe: Spectre's Cowl (1200g) + Null Magic Mantle (450g) + 650g = 2300g
Statistics: +60 Magic Resistance +250 Health +UNIQUE Passive - Giant Regeneration: Taking champion or epic monster damage heals yourself for 5% of your maximum health over 5 seconds. +UNIQUE Passive - Magic Nutrients: Heal yourself and nearby allied champions for 15% of all magic damage that you take.
Giant's Buckler: Recipe: Kindlegem (800g) + Giant's Belt (1000g) + 500g = 2300g
Statistics: +700 Health +20% Cooldown Reduction +UNIQUE Passive - Blood Bash: Your crowd control against enemy champions heals the closest allied champion to you for 10% of your maximum health (5 seconds cooldown).
