It's not gonna be on live servers within 5 days. PBE, maybe, but it needs to be tested properly before a release.
I'll find it strange that a company who made close to a billion dollars this year in micro transactions, can't make a single skin. Honestly they should be coming out with these a lot more often.
its not going to happen. they already stated that the PBE wont be updated till next year, and we wont be seeing anything till something is on the PBE. To be honest i dont get what is so hard in releasing something so simple. especially when they should have been working on it throughout the year. So basically this year they either did absolutely nothing towards this Ultimate skin, or its going to be so epic its worth the wait. i have my doubts with how Riot does things and i wouldnt be surprised if it was lackluster! they have disappointed the community before and i doubt they can make up for us waiting this long. I really hope though if they are taking so long with this that we at least get 2 this coming year! it would only be right!

I think we can cut rito some slack here; they have released a ton of high quality skins this year, and so at this point I'm not mad at them for not releasing the ultimate( a little disappointed though). We also have no ideas what kind of issues they could be having with model, particles, various coding, etc. Also with all the champions that were rumored to have one coming, it is very possible that they could be releasing two ultimate skins.
But honestly chill out Rito is one of the best game developers probably ever; there are a lot more reasons to be happy with rito than angry.

According to 'the prophet' on Reddit, the Ultimate is set to have a teaser on Jan 10th. And is either lux or xerath? DJ Sona is legendary.
