Name needs work but the concept behind the design is he is a champion based on knowledge, intelligence so strong he can physically fight or conjour things with it he uses his thoughts and omnipresence to fight

basically would work like so

Passive: omniscient: Can add level up abilities to a max of six at level 18 (once at level 18 the spell you upgrade will go up by two and the rest youll have the ability to go up by one

Q: Knowledge is power Go read some books, they can hurt! -thinks up a book he has read in his mind and throws it at an enemy champion, if the skillshot hits they are snared and forced to engluf its knowledge for a short time

W: brain power! Summons a brain that will attack anything and everything in its path ~ this brain has arms and legs and muscles and its AD scales with 'to be''s AP the smarter you are the more your brain hurts

E: enlightenment: AOE passive: your minions are smarter and will be wise not to steal your farm (makes minions not focus enemy minions below 25%hp while you are around and this is not on CD Active: you tell a story of knowledge and youre auto attacks now will execute any minion below 50% health that has not been attacked by you yet (if you have attacked it there might be a mark or something? but it wouldnt proc, youd have to let minions get it low)

R: BRAINS! : TLDR: you summon 5 brains that are harder better faster and stronger than the brains from "W" These brains dont scale with you at all theyd have a set limit

The concept sounds interesting, but the kit sounds stupid as hell. It only matches the theme in the absolute most superficial of ways. Such a champion should have a kit based around utility and map control.

Omniscience should be his ult, and it should grant complete map vision for the duration of it's active and it could apply an "expose weakness" style of debuff to all enemies.

His passive should be extra experience gain every time a nearby enemy (or minion) is killed.

I'll let you think up the rest.
