Can riot please fix them?

We havent had any notice from them except for the good ole comment how they said it doesn't effect many people which is why they wont disable her, I am one of those players who CANT see her spears

And it is frustrating (I see her wind up, then when the spear reaches its end point I see it, but I dont see its travel direction or path) Its quite annoying that it still isnt fixed.... not really a rant thread because I dont see nid in ranked that much but still it is still out there for me, is there any progress on fixing those invis spears?

As far as I know, there seem to be many different causes for invisible skillshots (the invisible projectile bug affects quite a few different projectiles, including Mundo Q, Ezreal Q, and Corki R). They've been able to fix some of the causes, but the bug keeps coming back for some reason.

EDIT: Also, most likely if Riot ever does find the root cause of the bug and fix it, they probably won't mention it, since it's such a persistent bug and often for these types of bugs, they won't mention it unless they're absolutely confident that they fixed it. If you've ever done any programming, you'll know bugfixing is like 99% of the work; it's not exactly easy, especially with a system as complicated as the game has become

riot could disable every skillshot champ for emergency server fixes but that would mean ALL of the champions would be disabled. end of joke

Yeah Ive had issues with invis-cleavers before, but they fixed that one, the insane damage on nida spear sucks though when I cant dodge it as effectively

For the 100th time this bug exists with all projectiles in the game currently. (Not just Nid)

They can't just disable all the affect champions because they don't have any idea how to reproduce the bug, so they can't even begin to figure out what is causing the problem.

They aren't just sitting there laughing there asses off at us while we get miserable. As much as I hate Nid it isn't fair to players that like her to just keep her disabled for a long period of time despite the bug affecting others and not that many others mind you.

I've had this issue. The spear still glows like normal. So you people are full of shit saying you can't see it.

I play on like 20-60 fps and see it just fine on low settings Get your eyes checked.

As I stated my problem is, I see her throw it IE the attack animation, then it goes away then reappears right before it hits its max range

now this might not constitute as a true invis spear, I still want it back to normal

all im seeing is downvotes and excuses for poor mechanics. If I can dodge nidalee spears with FPS lag in teamfights then you can too.

Don't make excuses. Just get better at clicking near your champion instead of half a mile away.

English is not my mother language and I was not sure about how to express the feeling that you get when you read someone, so I used the verb "sound" that is easily understandable anyways. Don't pretend to be a bully, you scare noone.

I cant dodge something i dont see coming unless Im very lucky imagine you see something thrown in your general direction, then it will dissapear until it reaches its end how am I supposed to know what way the spear goes when all I see is her hands moving and hear the "raghr!" of a spear throw then all of a sudden I see a spear hit me (part of the "Hit!" animation not the actual spear projectile itself)

It has a glow around it that is a red glow if you have colorblind mode on. Like I said, it's not hard to point out and avoid.

It happens. Sometimes you can't dodge the spear because of a bug that makes it invisible.

How about you stop making excuses to be an ass? Or can I pink ward that?

Reminder that they had Shen disabled for generations because his ult wouldn't work 1 in 1,000,000 times, but they still haven't disabled Nidalee despite her 1 in 20 odds of having invisible spears for an entire game.

I like how everyone always cries about "inbisible spears", except in my ~4 years of playing this game, I've never seen a single invisible spear. So, unless you have actual evidence, please stop these posts.

Then I guess I was wrong. But that's not unique to Nidalee. Many skillshots thrown from the fog of war show as inviisble, it's a game wide bug.

There is plenty of evidence, just go look at the bug thread, plenty of posts and pics with the invisible spears. The issue has been around for quite some time now.

If they decide to fix this "issue", why don't they nerf those spears? Their damage is insane, and Nidalee's carry potential is way too overpowered. I think that they should scale with something like 70% AP...

She had a minor rework, part of which greatly reduced her spear damage

but that's not gonna stop people from eating spears becaues they can't dodge the slowest projectile in the game

ive also seen invisible ahri charms, mundo cleavers. ive seen also corki rockets, thresh hooks and jinx and ez ulti going straight thru their enemies. i dont get it lol

they fixed the mundo cleaver issue and as for ez ulti the hitbox on it is super small now :c
