LORE Carvus, a mysterious figure who has somehow unlocked the ability to extend his normal lifespan, has served as an assistant to Swain for many years. Before Darius even recognized Swain as a potential leader, Carvus served the now Grand General of Noxus. His secrets of extending life have been sought after by the most powerful of warriors, thieves, assassins, and sorcerers alike, but most that come after his secrets are reported being loaded into the bone-carts after being discovered in an alleyway within the slums. Some believe he is the one to dispose of them despite most believing Swain to be very protective of his personal doctor. When Swain ascended the ranks to become Grand General of Noxus, Carvus was the only known member of his close circle of allies to be allowed to follow him wherever he went. The Grand Doctor never spoke nor revealed what lied beneath his plague mask, so no one ever knew what was really going on within that head of his. Carvus makes sure all who follow Swain remain healthy and all who betray him do not. That is his simple task.

Beak

The girl was deathly sick as she was rushed to the doctor's dwelling. She could hardly breath and was said to be seeing Kindred as she entered the house of the doctor. At first, it appeared the doctor was not home until he suddenly appeared beside the girl who had been placed to lie down on the table in the center of the room. The walls were cluttered with shelves that held up many herbs, potions, and sometimes even caged vermin. The vermin were each different, each showing varying signs of health. One was dead and bleeding within it's cage despite having no sign of being hurt. Carvus' mask's beak burned within. At first glance you would think the entire mask would burst into flames at any moment, but the flame was being controlled with some sort of magic to not spread. It's only purpose was to burn the herbs within in order to create a remotely pleasant smell. To others, the doctor's dwelling smelled liked a rotten corpse, but all Carvus smelled was a rose. A burnt rose at that, but even a rose that had been blackened still smelled better than the rest of Noxus. His mask was white and he wore a small, saggy hat that could have blown away with the wind if it wasn't attached to the mask which was strapped around Carvus' head. He wore a robe and, like his master, used a cane. He didn't need the cane to walk however. He simply used it to touch the sick from a safer distance. The doctor leaned close to the girl as she coughed and did all she could to breath. He motioned for everyone to stand back before he slowly lowered the tip of his beak to touch the neck of the girl. A sizzling sound could be heard and the girl would have screamed if she could. A black circle appeared on the girl's neck and what looked like vines of ink spread from the mark. After a couple seconds of pain, the picture had fully formed and a black rose with thorns sprouting from it was illustrated on the girl's neck, and, just like that, the girl could breath normally. She opened her eyes and felt the front of her neck. She could breath normally. Everyone else in the room asked what kind of witchcraft Carvus had used, but he waved his finger in the air and tossed one of the men a paper to read aloud. "The Burnt Rose" The burnt rose is a plant that grows only where death is rampant. It is said when a burnt rose grows from the ground, a soul resides within it. If the burnt rose is, in fact, burned, it can be touched to someone's skin while still burning to remove any sickness within the touched area of the body. The men frantically asked where they could find this plant and Carvus waved his finger in the air. They begged him to show them and he finally held his hand to tell them to stop. He put his finger near the edge of his burning beak before leading them to his garden behind his house. The girl remained on the table, being comforted by her parents. Two men went with Carvus to his garden. The garden appeared empty, and the men questioned Carvus. Quickly, Carvus decapitated both of the men with a small sword before laying their bodies within his garden. They decomposed very quickly before they were nothing but dirt. From where their bodies were, two black-colored roses grew. Carvus plucked them from the ground before entering back into his house. The parents and the girl thanked Carvus before they left. They asked where their friends had gone. They were old friends of the family and they wanted to thank them for what they had done. Carvus signaled with his hand that they had walked away, making his hand look like a walking man. The family left before Carvus closed the door, chopped up the burnt roses he had just collected, shoved them through the small holes in his mask's beak, and then used the small amount of fire magic he had learned from the Grey Order to light the chopped up roses within his mask. His beak burned brightly as Carvus let out a sigh and seemingly disappeared from sight.

Passive- Harvest Machines Innate: Carvus can set up machines at Plants he channels on for 1 second. This will immediately give Carvus a flask filled with the juice within the corresponding Plant. Flasks take up an item slot and an open item slot is required in order to collect a flask. The machine will then create a flask every 150/75/50 seconds afterwards for the next 150 seconds that Carvus can collect in order to gain another flask of juice from that specific plant. A max of one machine can be created to harvest each kind of plant at a time. If a machine finishes creating a flash while a flask is uncollected within it, the previous flask within it will be destroyed. Blast Flask Consume: Activate to knock back all nearby units 700 units away from Carvus. Scryer's Flask Consume: Activate to reveal all wards and gain vision within 2000 units of Carvus. Honey Flash Consume: Activate to heal the target allied champion within 200 units for 25 (+10 per level) health plus 3% of their missing health and mana. This can be used up to three times before emptying. This has a 1 second static cool down between activations. Flasks will destroy themselves upon being used up and can be sold for 75 gold. A max of 3 of the same flask can be held at once, stacking into one item slot like other consumable items. Levels: 1/8/15

Ability 1- Illusive Passive: Carvus gains 5 (+1/1.5/2/2.5/3 per level) Ability Power and 15 (+1/2/3/4/5 per level) Health. Active: After a 0.75 second fade time, extended by 0.25 seconds every time Carvus takes damage (up to a maximum of 2.5 second fade time), Carvus becomes Camouflaged for the next 10 (+2.5 per level) seconds. During this time, he can use his other abilities and can create machines to harvest plants, but attacking an enemy will reveal him. While Camouflaged, Carvus gains 5/15/25/35/45 flat movement speed and gains 10/20/30/40/50 armor and magic resist. Cost: 80/60/40/20/0 mana Cool Down: 35/27.5/20/12.5/5 seconds

If the target was under the effects of crowd control, they are also healed for 4/5/6/7/8% (+1% per 100 AP) of their missing health. Cost: 90/95/100/105/110 mana Cool Down: 24/22/20/18/16 seconds Range: 500

Ability 3- Dark Curse Passive: Carvus stores the most recent crowd control effect cleansed with Dark Cure. Crowd control effects that cannot be cleansed or reduced by Tenacity have their total duration reduced by 35/32.5/30/27.5/25% when stored. Active: After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Carvus sends the crowd control effect stored with Dark Cure into the target enemy champion, inflicting it upon them. When the crowd control ends, the target will take 30/35/40/45/50 magic damage plus an additional 7/8/9/10/11% (+3% per 100 AP) of their missing health. Upon using this ability, the stored crowd control is used up. If this ability is used while Carvus does not have a crowd control effect stored, this will inflict a weak 10% slow on the target for 3 seconds as the crowd control effect instead. Cost: 75/80/85/90/95 mana Cool Down: 24/23/22/21/20 seconds Range: 575

Ultimate- Plague Shields Active: After channeling for 3 seconds, Carvus grants himself and all nearby allied champions a Spell Shield that lasts for 8/9/10 seconds. While the Spell Shield is active, the wielder gains 25/30/35% (+1% per 100 AP) physical and magic damage reduction, 15/20/25% (+3% per 100 AP) out of combat movement speed, and deals 10/12.5/15% (+0.5% per 100 AP) increased physical and magic damage. Carvus is a unique, anti-crowd control Support that deals the opponent's crowd control back at them. He can make his opponents incredibly resistant to the enemy's spells. However, he isn't only useful for that reason! He is the first champion to be able to make use of Plants by creating a Harvest mini-game system out of them. He can harvest the plants in flasks for future use against his enemies and in order to protect to his allies. Always on the move and hidden from sight with Illusive, Carvus can roam the map, protecting his allies from the clutches of the enemy team. Late game, Plague Shields is an incredibly powerful ultimate that can force the enemy team to cast spells on Carvus' team to no effect in order to remove the powerful effect on Carvus' allies. However, Carvus needs to use the ability while out of combat due to the long channel time, meaning his team and him must prepare just out of the range of their enemies beforehand to make full use of the ability. Thoughts and feedback are greatly appreciated!

He looks really fun and seems like a great idea if they keep jungle plants in the game. I would love to see him in game and I must say all the luck to you bud and keep it up. I hope you get some positive feed back on his kit and maybe some help with it if it feels a little out of place, but all in all I like it. I hope you have an amazing day.
