How about Riot makes an RGM on the old ARAM map where the champ pool is all of the old versions of champions including abilities, models and voice over? It could also be on the old Rift.

Too expensive and difficult because they are using a different engine and don't keep old Champ files. You can google it for more Information, because it's no new question.
