An attempt at a new announcer...

...But it's not really going so well.

Now, I'd post a video or something about this pack I'm working on. Showcasing the lines, mentioning a download link or something... But I kinda can't because there's something wrong with it, and I don't want to showcase something that isn't even WORKING right. But I figured I'd make a thread and see if there was some chance someone here could help me figure out the problem, so I can put a little of my own work out there and show what I can do.

See, my problem is this - while I can make the files and all that jazz, getting it to actually work in-game, the sound, in-game, comes out either entirely silent, or a VERY loud glitchy mess, depending on what's done in-game. I followed a guide I found online to a T, so I'm curious as to why the sound is just a glitchy, silent mess.

I dunno if anyone else has had this problem before, but if someone could help me pinpoint what I did wrong, and help me fix it so I can actually post this creation, I'd be truly appreciative.

(And god, do I hope this is the right place to post this...)
