Why wasn't Reaper Soraka included in The Harrowing?
It seems like a Harrowing skin, did it have to be delayed for some reason?

Nah, it wasn't considered a Harrowing skin. Which mean Reaper Soraka will be available year round. Also opens up to the possibility of Dr.Frakenraka.
That or Riot really dropped the ball on this one.
