Now that Azir has a Shadow Isles/Death-themed skin, can Kha'Zix please have one too?

I posted this skin concept 2 months ago (http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/skin-champion-concepts/E5jybNZa-bat-khazix-or-vampire-khazix) and it received many upvotes. It is rather obvious that Riot is not really going to make a skin just because the concept has been posted on the boards. However, all that I am asking is if they can please consider this skin concept, especially since it could compensate for the lack of Shadow Isles-themed skins for Harrowing.
