Ragyo Kiryuin-themed skin for Lissandra would be cool.

I think it could work pretty well.

Basically an incredibly high-fashion villainess who instead of wanting to turn the world to ice, she wants to create a perfectly beautiful world, and that could be represented with devious threads (similar to the life fibers from KLK) holding people in place or slowing them down with her CC, and her ult could trap people in a "life fiber"-like cocoon thing with an aggressively and oppressively bright rainbow-spectrum of colors for emphasis, that because they've become a slave to beauty (for approximately 1.5 seconds), they radiate so brightly, everyone around them cant help but hesitate and look in awe (for approximately 3 seconds).
