Lynia, Escaped Experiment
I'm on a long train ride so I 'm just putting my very random idea here (still have an hour to go by train as I'm posting this). Think of it like a melee Vladimir, but one that takes damage in order to heal or increase her damage output.

PASSIVE – Uncategorized Hatred
While Lynia is taking from enemy champions or monsters, each second she gains a stack of Hatred for 3 seconds (max. 5 stacks), increasing all health restoration on her by 4% per stack. While Lynia has 5 stacks of Hatred, she deals [70% AD] magic damage to nearby enemies each second.
AoE damage radius: 275 Damage is dealt over two ticks per second
Uncontrollable Violence (Q, skillshot)
Lynia extends her scarf, dealing 80/115/150/185/220 + [80% Bonus AD] + [12% missing Health] magic damage to enemies in its path, but stops if it hits an enemy champion. If an enemy champion is hit, Lynia violently flings it behind her and deals magic damage to it equal to 15% of its missing health, knocking the target airborne for 1 second afterwards.
The distance the enemy champion lands behind Lynia is equal to the length of the scarf at the moment it hit the target.

Memory Loss (W)
After a short delay, Lynia induces amnesia on nearby enemies, dealing [100% AD] + [(2/2.5/3/3.5/4 x Hatred stacks)% missing Health] magic damage to them and silencing them for 0.1 seconds for every 5/4.5/4/3.5/3% of their missing health (min. 0.5 seconds). For each stack of Hatred, Lynia restores health equal to 4% of the maximum health of any enemy champions she damages with Memory Loss.

Responsive Reflex Recovery (E, passive)
Upon taking damage from enemy champions or monsters, Lynia regenerates 5/7.5/10/12.5/15% of her missing health each second. Experimental Recovery remains in effect until she is out of combat with enemy champions or monsters.
In-combat time window: 2 seconds
Insatiable Bloodthirst (R, ground-targeted)
Lynia charges briefly and teleports to a target location, dealing 50/75/100 + [50% Bonus AD] magic damage to nearby enemies for each stack of Hatred she has upon arrival and becomes Insatiable for 8/10/12 seconds. While Insatiable, Lynia heals for 20/35/50% of all damage she deals and is immune to Grievous Wounds.
