It would be called Lightning. what it is, is spells, skillshots, and displacing skills, like master yi's alpha would go 4 times the speed. The cooldown is still the same and you would build normally like you would in normals. It's just that skills are 4 times the speed.

The point of the mode is that everyone can have increased speed. So vayne condemns knock people back fast and travel faster. Ezreal ult is faster. Dashes are faster. Everything is faster. And it's about having fun, not winning every game.
